Office chairs are honestly the hardest to find a good one, and this one is a win! Some of the things I look for is how is the back support, cushion for my bum, and the cylinder for the chair lift. I am 190lb and 6ft and even though chairs make claims, I like that this chair is rated for 300lbs. One feature that I wasn't sure if I would like is the arm rest raise. But I have found this to be a great feature. I have a sit stand desk and sometimes the problem is that when the table goes into the low position the arms can get in the way. With this chair I am able to raise the arms up without any issues.The big question I had was if this would be easy to install. It literally took minutes. Possible the easiest chair to assemble and within minutes I was able to get to work.I can't reiterate this enough, the cushion is what makes this chair a game changer. It is nice and thick and makes it so easy to sit without feeling like my lower back will get in pain.

This is a great chair. It looks beautiful and also is super comfortable. I don’t know how the back swings back however how it rocks back that was a feature however, I think I put it together in correctly. I had an issue with one of the parts and they are so nice this company they Rectify the situation immediately. Great seller!

The chair seems to be mostly good quality. I liked the color, and it looks professional. I'd like it if it was a bit easier to lean back, because the spring makes it hard to lean back. The chair isn't too soft or too vir . Overall, the chair is comfortable and good value!

Very simple to put together, takes a lot of screw turning, but it comes with a little T-shaped Allen wrench tool to make it a bit faster. Took my wife and I about 25 minutes per chair to assemble. Can't speak to how well it's going to hold up to wear and tear, but the initial quality seems just fine, in line with the price. I think they look nice, my wife likes the way it reclines way back and still feels stable.

There’s no way to get ahold of this company. I searched high and low for a customer service number. I needed to contact them because one of the chair arms arrived with a permanent deep arm indentation. I wanted the arm replaced.As for the assembly, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being extremely difficult, I would give it a 2. It was fairly easy. The directions however are not clear at all so utilizing the video and being intuitive goes a long way. I put it together by myself but having someone help, especially towards the end of the assembly where you need to attach the back to the arms, would be helpful so that it can be held in place.The chair is attractive and comfortable. It’s spacious too. I am not a big person, but still felt secure in it. This dented arm is irritating, but not enough for me to send it back. I didn’t notice the flaw initially until I was already 50% finished putting it together.If anything changes, regarding the comfort and longevity, I will update my review.UPDATE: The company reached out to me regarding this matter. I greatly appreciate that. Hopefully, they will put their contact information on their Amazon page for future customers.

Seated all the way to your lower back cover your whole hamstring. the seat size is about 21 inch. You wont slide out of of this chair compared to my old office chair. Highly recommend.

Bought my son this chair for his bday. He really likes it and says it is comfy and supportive. Easy to assemble and is sturdy and comfortable.

I'm 5 ft 6 in and the seat is too deep. It would have a nice lumbar support if my back touched but in order to have my back touch then my feet don't touch the floor. I'll have to use a pillow or get a different chair. Assembly was easy, seat is comfortable and it looks nice but I need my feet to touch the floor. It doesn't appear to have a way to move the seat back forward. Would be great if you are tall, but there's lots of options for "big and tall" executive chairs.

I needed a chair that had a bit of a higher height so I took a chance on this one. It's a roomy and comfortable chair and it feels really solid. Putting it together was very easy and I'm actually surprised with how solid it feels. It's still only a week in so I'll do a longer term follow up if there are any issues, but so far I'm happy with this.Also, it's worth noting that I had a small glitch with the chair when it arrived, but the seller came through to make it right and I feel strongly that they care about their product and providing a good customer experience.

En la descripcion del producto dice que es de color negro, sin embargo me llego en color gris, por lo que no es compatible con el color y los demas muebles de mi oficina. Llevo apenas 2 horas con el pruducto y el respaldo se siente flojo, los descansabrazos se sienten sin fuerza y el respaldo tambien, ya que los tornillos no aprietan lo suficiente. La silla no se siente firme. No estoy satisfecho con esta compra.

Difficult to put together. Hard to get it to rock properly. Used for office at home.
