Needed quick look at directions to mount brackets properly. Shelves are sturdy , doing a great job.

Although the manufactured screw holes were all present and aligned the screws provided with very tight and difficult to get in. The “screw turning tool†(as described in directions) provided would not have done the job. The shelf material is sturdy metal and looks nice in cubicle. Honestly, the hangers are barely screwed in on mine.

I ordered two of these. On both, the threading on the hooks which connect them to the shelf did not function, meaning that the only thing holding them in place was gravity. Very unsatisfied with this, and would. It recommend, given that it was the same issue on both shelves.

I found I really like this shelf after I got it set up right. One problem is that there are no instructions and the arms don't hang right unless you have them together perfectly. There is a way they have to go and if you don't screw them in right they will not hold. After three tries and almost throwing it out, I finally figured out the whole placement thing. They have stayed up and I have no problem with them staying. It's great for a wide cube wall--it fits good--but it's not good if you have a glass partition above. It cannot be adjusted to slide under the glass partition unless you can slide them from the end? In my case, my cube has glass partition on three of the four walls so I could only put it on the short fourth wall. If it fits your cube wall and you know the right way to put them together, this shelf seems like it will hold indefinitely. I really like it now that it's up and I get lots of compliments on it. I just wish it came with some instructions so I didn't waste a couple hours trying to figure it out.
