Worked out for our needs. My mom fell and since her bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, we did not initially hear her call for help. She had broken her hip and had to have a hip replacement and subsequently needed help with various needs and like I said, her bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, so this enabled her to push a button that would notify us [in the opposite side of the house] that she needed assistance. It’s just a Bluetooth doorbell - she has the doorbell button and I could plug in the speaker wherever I was in the house to hear the doorbell. It helped me sleep better knowing that she could call for help and I would hear her call for help.

The Caregiver Pager system is an indispensable tool for ensuring the safety and well-being of seniors, patients, or anyone in need of immediate assistance. With its impressive 1000FT range, this wireless call button provides a sense of security for both caregivers and those they care for. The waterproof panic call bell can be used in various environments, including bathrooms where slips and falls are common. Setting up the system is straightforward, and the buttons are easy for users of all ages and abilities to operate. When pressed, the alert sends a clear signal to the caregiver, prompting a swift response. This emergency life alert button is a practical addition to any home nursing or monitoring setup, offering reassurance that help is just a button press away.

The call units have to be plugged into an outlet. The sound is not as loud as expected. The ringtone is pleasant enough.

I'm having some surgery and will be bed bound for a couple months. I have been looking for the right pager or intercom for awhile now. This is perfect for me. By wearing around your neck, I'll never be without help from my significant other. I appreciate the fact it only beeps a few times then stops. You can keep pressing for more announcement rings. It reaches all over my 2200' house, and is loud enough . There are also stick on tabs which make keeping one near the shower or toilet very handy. Fewer batteries to keep replacing ( only in the call buttons ) and the monitor plugs into a wall outlet. I researched a lot of these and this one seems to get good reviews.

As the director of social work for a skilled nursing facility, I help plan discharges for people daily. I had a patient who needed an extra level of care due to living alone. She didn't want to take on extra expense through a subscription-based medical monitoring service and her insurance was no help either. This was a nice solution that didn't break the bank. She lives in an apartment complex, so she's content knowing that a neighbor should be able to hear the alarm if she pushes her pendant. I tested the device and paired it for her, so I can also attest to the fact that it works well and was very easy to set up!

It works. Wish there were more musical/sound selections because the sounds resemble the sounds from a cell phone, so it could be confusing to some people. The set as a whole seems to be constructed cheaply compared to others, but again, it works.
