Absolutely love these for snowboarding. I'm 5'7, 135 lbs and medium fits very well. A little bit of extra fabric around the waist but it's not a big deal. The black ones have very good coverage and they are not too thick, which I appreciate. They are not too bulky and I don't really feel them when I have them on. My ski pants fit pretty snug on me so these shorts don't fit under my regular ski pants. They fit perfectly after I borrowed some pants that were one size up. I also really like that they are extremely high waisted, so snow doesn't get in my pants. Highly recoomend! I'm finally not bruising like crazy anymore.

I got this for the first time snowboarding it helps a lot no bruces marks left after a lot all falling. but be aware it would not protect your tailbone, I don't think anything can protecte it you will have to learn how to fall correctly to protect your tailbone.Make sure to size up the shorts are long almost to your knees and up to your waist the belt is not big enogh I wear it without snap it because was too tie in that area. Make you swear a little bit.

These really saved my butt and hips while snowboarding. They were low profile enough to fit under my snow pants, but had enough protection for me falling on mostly ice. I got the "for female - large" and they fit like a large would.

Bought two items under the same listing just different colors (green and black). In all fairness, it does look different already on the listing, but the quality seems very different between the two.The black one (right one in the picture) is an adult S which fits my 11yo daughter who is about 54in and 80lbs well and seems like it has decent coverage (btw it fits under her hockey pants). My daughter said they feel good and she's excited to test it out on the ice (they were seat dropping on the floor and said it worked).The green one (pictured left) I ordered for myself (5'3, 150lbs) is an XXL and fits well with some wiggle room. My problem was that as you can see in the picture, the amount of padding is pretty much the same on both pairs, if not smaller, on my XXL pants. When I tried them on and sat on my hardwood floor, I couldn't really tell where the pads were protecting because the coverage area was so small. It also seemed like my tailbone wouldn't be protected because of the way the rounds pads were placed/shaped.I would have returned the XXL green one if my husband didn't like it (5'7, 160lbs - fits him well). He is a better hockey player than I am so he doesn't fall as often or as hard as I do, so he actually liked that the padding was minimal.So long story short, I'd recommend the black one but not the XXL green one.Maybe the smaller ones have better pants to pad ratio.

Saved my butt while snowboarding. The pants are very flexible and comfortable to wear. The material is breathable. After taking off my snowpants, I forgot I had these crash pants on. They are just that comfy!Now I just need knee pads to protect my knees.😂For size reference, I'm 5'5" and 140 lbs.

I wear size 34 pants and the XXL fit well. Also , the velcro fly is welcome. My current pair of padded shorts had no front opening. The padding looks good and less bulky than other padded shorts I’ve tried.

I probably would have really liked these had they fit, I am 5'10 175lbs and got the black and pink women's Large 3x as it was the biggest size I could find. They BARELY squeezed on, were so tight and uncomfortable It hurt to sit on my bike but I tried to stretch them out by wearing them and no luck. The pads also stuck out in a way that made it harder to control my position on the seat. Will probably just keep these for the kiddo, but wouldn't recommend for any Non petite adults

Appearance is subjectively unappealing, but they are comfortable and lightweight!
