I purchased a set of Ohuhu alcohol markers for my adult son, who has been sketching and drawing for as long as I can remember. Since I bought the markers, I figured that buying their brand of alcohol marker sketchbook would work out well. My son loves the book for several reasons.The pages are very sturdy and hold the color just as he wants them to be with no smearing. It lays flat enough that he can almost draw from edge to edge.There is some bleed-through to the back of the page, but he prefers that all of his drawings are on separate sheets anyway, so this is really a non-issue. They also include a plastic sheet to put under your page so that it cannot bleed through to the next page.The pages do tear out if he's not happy with something he's done, but they're still secured in the book well enough that they don't just tear out randomly.The thing that he loves the most is the hard cover. He feels that it gives a classier look to his set of artwork, and he can stand it up on the bookshelf, something you couldn't do with a cardboard covered book.The next time he's ready for a new book, this is definitely the one that I would get for him.

My teen daughter absolutely loves this book.She’s a very experienced artist and this is her absolute favorite. Ever since she found this one, we don’t buy anything else anymore. She has at least 10 filled out. She keeps them lined up on a bookshelf. Hardback, soft paper is easy to use, it’s a pretty substantial Book and is not light and or cheap looking. My daughter loved them because now she has a collection of all her sketches right at her fingertips.

i use this book to draw graffiti tags in. the paper is thick, but it does bleed through. this book comes with a plastic cover inside of it so you can place it under the paper, so the marker doesn’t bleed onto the next page.

So I'm an artist and I've seen so many reviews / videos about this sketchbook online so finishing up my last one I decided it would be a good time to officially try it out!The paper is thick, markers do bleed!![Included plastic sheet for next page protection]
The band that holds to book together is soft and wide, normally I don't like the band but this one is something else!!The hard cover of the book has a weird sorta sword to it but it's also kinda soft?? The cover is sorta weird compared to other hard cover sketchbooks.Overall I would rate it a good gift for anyone and everyone, it's a great beginner or advanced sketchbook!!

I purchased this because it was something I always wanted. Why carry around pages of blending paper if it can be in one package. I needed a book for my guilty pleasure in redrawing/"referencing" artworks while my stand alone A4 for original pieces.Small rant: a lot of low star reviews think it's bleeding to the back of the page is avoidable, either they have only used the most expensive paper in the world or not experience enough with markers. I use Copic Marker Express Blending card and it still shows on the other side. It'll bleed through because at the end of the day it's a liquid on paper. But I haven't noticed major bleeding then again I'm not using this paper for professional work with layers upon layers of blending which is doable just use the plastic to make sure it doesn't get on the next page.TLDR:Exactly what you expect it would be if you have realistic expectations.Edit: A lot of people are complaining about the Ohuhu markers on the page and so I purchased myself a 48 pack and tested it out myself. The nerdy joker character being colored with the ohuhu and it would've bled through the paper onto the next page if I didn't use the plastic sheet. But this is me laying 5+ layers on certain areas and only those areas showed signs of bleeding onto the next page. I don't notice any significant streakiness that others claim or tear. It does what it's supposed to do and works perfectly fine with Ohuhu and Copic Sketch markersPros:-Includes a plastic sheet to guarantee no bleed onto another page-Actually blends the marker well with surprising less bleed than I thought.- Fair priceCons:-Not actually A4 size. It has the A4 dimensions but they have a pre-cut nudge which means you're losing some of the paper and it's taller than A4(image above) despite marketing the dimensions of A4 which is misleading if I were to put any of them in a frame or something in the future.-Not really a con, more like expected it's heavy. I would not carry this around since it weights as much as a light laptop. So not really portable- Found that pencil were more visible even after erasing-Pens took a little bit longer to dry/set

Es un sketchbook diseñado para sus marcadores de alcohol y realmente se siente de buena calidad para eso, las hojas son suaves y viene con un protector plástico para que no manches la hoja de atrás, lo cual es perfecto. Se le pueden pegar stickers en las tapas para personalizarlo al gusto uvu.

Love it! Perfect size. Excellent quality cover and paper. Love that it comes with a Mylar sheet protector, handy back page pocket, and sturdy elastic. The pages open completely flat which is perfect for two page spreads. Looking forward to using more. Is working well with multimedia including neocolors, pencils, pens, markers, watercolour and acrylic . Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend

I bought my grandson a set of alcohol markers for his birthday. After trying different kinds of art papers I then did homework to find the right art pads. Alcohol markers bleed through most art paper so specific alcohol pads are needed. He loves these ones I got him.
