Check book registers are free which is the only good thing I can say about about them. I can't remember the last time I carried my checkbook - it is always near my desk at home. What I like about this product is that it is much larger and therefore, the entries can be bigger & wider. Also, the pages are much more substantial so finding earlier entries are easier.
