This works so well for both puree and heating foods up and steaming. Definitely a must for easily making homemade baby foods!!!

I did a lot of research because I had specific features in mind that I really wanted. The most important thing to me was that I didn't need to do multiple steps to steam and blend. You have to dump the steamer basket before blending in most of the baby food makers, but the blade is located within the steamer basket in this one. The only thing this doesn't have that I wanted is glass, but the other brand that has glass in a one-step baby food maker has awful reviews. This doesn't take up much counter space, but it also doesn't make super large batches of food.I am very pleasantly surprised by how great the purees turn out with this one. I just put the water and chopped fruit or veggies in and press a button and it steams, blends to a smooth consistency, and stays warm when it's done. I wish it was dishwasher safe, but it's not too bad to clean.My original order was missing a piece, but the seller was very responsive and helpful and I was able to exchange it without any issues.

The only complaint I have it that it did stain after steaming carrots but it works great! It steamed and blended better than I expected. Very easy to use and clean and I like that it came with extra food storage containers.

I used it for Pure eating avocado to make guacamole sauce did an awesome job. Fast at shipping.

My baby is new to solids and was NOT HAVING the rice cereal, so I moved onto purées. I was considering buying a more expensive appliance, but went with this one because we have no more bench space left and I wanted to treat it like a blender that comes in / out of the cabinet as needed. This size is PERFECT for hiding away when not in use, and so easy to use. Seriously add the water, put the food in (I’ve done pumpkin / squash) and hit one button and it’s done in 30mins! The puree we’ve tried is very liquified, which is perfect for my baby so far.Absolutely love this.
