If you lose the remote (which happens!), you can still manage everything through the app. Overall, it’s a solid, hassle-free unit that delivers great comfort and convenience. This is my 3rd unit and I haven’t had any problems so far.

This unit is a lifesaver! I live in Florida, and after the hurricane knocked out power, it’s been keeping my family cool, running perfectly on our generator. Installation was easy, but keep in mind you’ll need to buy the sleeve and grill separately, as they aren’t included. Works like a charm!!!

Well .I don't usually give reviews.I will start by saying this company gave me 0 tracking information..day after I purchased I called the company to get shipping expedited..it said shipped that day.That was it..I followed up with a message too this company everyday too see where my heat pump was..No response..not even from fed ex..It took 12 days too arrive from fed ex..I got a call from FedEx yesterday from driver that he was in our ranch entry..he was driving a semi..for that reason this company gets 1 star..5 stars for the heat pump..it's ultra quiet .a lot less noise than the $1300.00 Amana that only last 4 years..it's all about communication!🤗I will give an update once I install the Olmo heat pump..should b plug & play..I installed my Ammana heat pump 4 years ago but it stopped working 2 weeks ago..couldn't have been worse timing..took about 10 minutes..so in a nut shell if u buy from this company exspect very slow shipping time..reminds me of USPS😂Update..ultra quiet..I love this unit . I've owned 5 heat pumps .this is buy far the best..Excellent quality build..Excellent price $835.00 vs $1300.00..this is a no brainier..All these motherboards come from China..saved almost $500.00 going with OLMO🤗

Super easy to use and looks good. Doesn’t leak water. Comes with a remote, you can also control it through the app, big plus. Installation was doable, but if you’re not into DIY, it’s worth getting some help. So far, no complaints!

Fantastic Performance and EfficiencyI recently purchased the Olmo BTU-12000 heating and cooling wall unit to replace an older Amina heater that was installed in 2009. So far, this unit has been absolutely incredible.One of the standout features is how much quieter it is compared to the original unit. The remote control is a fantastic addition, making it so convenient to adjust the settings as needed. Most importantly, this unit heats and cools extremely efficiently.Our barn apartment is approximately 900 square feet with vaulted ceilings, and the Olmo handles it with ease. It has exceeded my expectations in both performance and energy efficiency. Highly recommend this unit for anyone needing a reliable and powerful heating and cooling solution!
