I just started sashiko stitching and this thread works great! I only used a little bit for a couple of repairs. Seems like I will be able to use this for a lot more repairs in the future! Love the variety of colors as well. Very thick and good strength.

The skins of thread selected will work very well on multiple Sashiko projects. However, I did order two sets to be sure I would have enough thread to complete a project.

I'm just learning Sashiko sewing and I'm super excited about getting supplies! The colors are vibrant and it's very strong. It is a bit pricey but quality supplies always are. That being said, its very nice, has a good hand and easy to work with. Im happy with it!

I purchased the four color combo pack as an introduction to sashiko. I had a few little projects in mind and have been pleased with this threads performance on all of them.So far I have used three of the four colors (have not found a use for the variegated blue yet). A sashiko needle is definitely helpful as the thread is thick and a sashiko needle is also thick.The darker blue was perfect for mending tear in a pair of dark jeans and the white was ideal for mending a pair of light blue jeans.Overall a fantastic product.
