I recently purchased the OMGear Swim Mask Dive Goggles, and they have been a game-changer for my snorkeling and swimming experiences. These dive goggles are a great set. The lenses themselves are tempered glass. They suction to the face very securely without the strap even being needed. These are highly adjustable so they fit from the small to the XXL head size at their maximum width; this is very impressive! These also come with a neoprene sleeve to cover the back strap to help prevent hair pulling. No fogging has been found, reported or observed in 66 degree lake water or warmer pool water. Overall a great buy.

My son's eyes are very sensitive to the high levels of chlorine in the town pool. As much as he needs goggles he usually complains that the back strp bothers him. He is 10 years old. He loves these. They fit his face. They don't leak. They are comfortable and best of all the strap is comfortable. We put the neoprene cover on the strap and he told me they are actually comfortable. When I told him I was going to review them he said to tell people, they don't pinch your head, pull your hair or give you a headache. With all the other ones there was complaining and moaning while we put them on, but with these they slide on no fuss. He can even take them off and on himself. Well worth the price.

Update 12-20 Matt at OM Gear followed up with my review below in a positive way. They changed the copy at my suggestion to read that the mask is suitable for children 12 and up. I do think it will be too big for most children younger than that. I instead ordered another OM Gear swim mask that was better sized for my daughter and OM Gear was kind enough to pay for it for all the troubles. So I applaud them for their customer service. And the swim goggles, when sized correctly, do seem to work well.6-20: I ordered this blue swim mask for my nearly 7-year-old daughter after being reassured in writing that this mask would fit a young child's face. I wrote them before ordering and they said it would fit "both kids and adults," or my money back. So I ordered this blue one for my daughter and a pink kids mask from OMGear for my other twin daughter.Well, this blue one was way too big. As you can see from the pictures, it's more than a half inch wider than the kids pink mask. And that half inch makes a huge difference, as it was unusable because it wouldn't seal around her face. The pink mask made by them and geared to kids fits fine.OMGear did refund my money, but still it was a hassle and my child was without a mask. I don't understand why they market this product for kids and tell me that it will fit them when clearly it will not! That's just bad business.

I bought these same goggles last summer and the kids always fight over who gets to wear these ones. For some reason we always have a goggle shortage. So this summer I bought 3 more pairs to keep in the pool toy box. I also bought adhesive curtain rod holders so we can hang them from the inside of the box lid- no more digging for the goggles!

I love that this came with a pad so the strap does not pull your hair, it does not seal well and I have to keep adjusting it. It does the job for the kids and it does keep the water out of your nose.
