Of course, I know better than to count on these in place of my hospital labs, but they are nice to have on hand. I have an autoimmune disease and CKD3b so I like having at least an idea of my Ph so I know when to check in with my doc in between appts. I am glad that I tested the accuracy using different household liquids.PROS:+ These tested accurate when I tested with white vinegar, tap water, and my filtered tap water.+ You get a lot in the set. I have enough to check often & am thinking of doing a subscribe and save.+ The pouch seals up pretty tight, but...CONS:- Not a lot of help for a first-time at-home user. I had to go online to make sure I was reading the strips correctly! LOL- The pouch is not as handy as the ones I have in a tube. The pouch makes it hard to get the strips out & I'm always worried/double-checking that it's closed tightly.- The chart on the back is very (too) basic. I did find info guiding me to understanding the readings.Overall, these aren't a bad deal for the price & accuracy. I did find another brand for a couple dollars more that had better packaging and info.TIP: I saw a critical review saying that the strips were already colored. Being a newbie, I checked and... ALL Ph strips come like that. It's a preparation so that you can get a reading after you use them (from what I understand.) So, don't freak out.

tested it both ways: saliva and urine. saw a difference after changing my diet to alkaline and then testing it again. improvement

I have never seen these strips in person before this. When I received these and opened them, they are already colored. See picture I shared. I assumed they would be white when I got them and then with use they will then change color. I used 3 of them and there were no change in color on the stick. I didn't request a refund as I was not sure if I was allowed. But I plan on ordering from someone else as I believe these are not right in the first place. I will not buy from this seller again. I was disappointed in my purchase.

I tested vinegar, baking soda, tap water, and distilled water. The vinegar pH is 10.0. These are outside of the range of these strips and did indicate that they were the lowest possible and the highest possible, respectively. However, I became concerned that my tap water was reading pH 5.5. I bought distilled water and it was measured at the same pH by these strips. Both of these should give a pH of 7.0.I would not advise anyone to purchase these strips.

tested with urian, spit , lime juice , viniger no change to test strips ,were not expired , just did not work at all

Easy to use , easy to store.Helps to diagnose or at least indicate, problem. Helps as doctors appointments are hard to obtain.

Print a bit on the small side for me so glad of the accompanying leaflet which made things a lot clearer.Bought them as a bit of fun. Only used two sticks so far!!

My only qualm is that the instructions are in such small print, they are really hard to read. But this is a good, useful and reasonably priced product.

I bought these strips for a science experiment of my daughter. She wanted to test the saliva after eating different foods. The strips kept giving the same results for all foods tested. We then bought more expensive strips and, by magic, the results were different. So please, don't waste money on this. With £5 more you can buy better products.
