This is as close as I get to the way my family BBQD in Santa Barbara as a kid. Love the grill. The wires could use an upgrade but it’s awesome for the price. Great quality ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

I CHANGED MY MIND AGAIN!I used this 3 times, worked great until the wire cable broke. Even though this was past its warranty I was able to get ahold of OnlyFire and they shipped me 2 replacement cables at no charge. Was easy to reassemble and back to grilling. I suggested that they should sell these replacement cables here on Amazon because as much as I like, it may need to be replaced again. But for now back to 5 stars.

Very versatile. Very easy to put together. I didn’t use the battery powered rotisserie motor because I was able to use my old Weber plug in one. Much better. Love the fact that you can keep adding charcoal and adjust the heat by raising and lowering the grill. It does the job for now.

Item was well packaged and easy to assemble. The only problem was the outer plate on one of the uprights was installed upside down, putting the slots for rotisserie bracket too high. It took about 5 minutes to flip it over and reattach. (8 screws) Outside of that, the quality is great, as is the fit & finish. Here are a few plusses that set it apart from the competition:1. The grate can be lifted out of its frame and any 22" Weber grate installed in its place.2. The rotisserie motor uses a standard mount, so can be replaced with a universal AC motor if desired.3. The placement of the uprights allow you to crank the grate up to the top and put your kettle lid on to smother the fire and save fuel.4. My kettle grill cover fits with this unit in place.I've got an electric smoker, a large natural gas grill with a heavy duty rotisserie and a pellet grill, but can see this Santa Maria setup as being my go to for a lot of cooks. Doubt it will ever be removed from the Weber kettle.

I was incredibly excited to try the Santa Maria adjustable cooking grade, hoping to elevate my cooking game. Unfortunately, after 4 months of light use the cables that raise and lower the grate snapped.I reached out to customer service hoping for a response hoping for a resolution and haven't received a single response. This level of disregard for their customers is unacceptable.Save your money and frustration. The cables are clearly not built to last and the company doesn't stand behind its products.Don't make the same mistake I did.

There are several Santa Maria attachments for the Weber kettle. I chose this one because of the price. But you get what you pay for. It feels quite flimsy in a lot of ways.I really dislike the locking system. The handle to raise and lower the grate uses a system in which a piece of the handle goes into a hole in the frame to lock it in place. It seems like a good idea until you want to move the grate up or down. What you discover is that in order to make it work, the handle is very loose and uncomfortable. The assembly directions were very unclear. It listed screws that weren't in the hardware box. Eventually, I found them screwed into pieces of the frame. They needed to be unscrewed, then the frame needed to be put together and the the screws had to be returned to their original holes. It's not a big deal, but the directions should have mentioned it. When I start putting something together I go over the parts list to make sure I have everything. Not being able to find the screws right away was frustrating.Another issue is that the maximum height seems to be lower than that of some of the competitors. It would be nice if the mechanism allowed you to get the food farther away from the fire, as some of the other brands do.Once assembled it seems to work very well except for the height and the flimsy nature of the construction. It has several flaws, but gets the job done.
