I found OP_V9.4.3, and the Xinje site (the original HMI manufacturer) has OP v9.5.4 software, and the device wouldn't program, even after I made a special cable with just the flipped TX/RX lines, RTS, and ground. I finally found a site that mentioned the need for the 6.5 software for 6.5 version HMIs, which this one was identifying as such. I found the OP20 V6.5y software and ran that, and it was able to communicate and download to the HMI. This is an OP320-S model that has both RS232 and RS485 support. Many of the other OP320s have RS422 support on them., which can be more effort to support. The unit did ship with an RS232 extension cable, but it has all the pins straight through and didn't work for programming.For basic HMI operations, this seems like a good device. The manual claims its "Protection level is up to IP65", but there is no gasket supplied to prevent water ingress to the case for outdoor mounting. There are companies that sell the gasket separately. There is a manual contract level for the display - and the display is bright!

I bought this and it works just fine. If its not downloading you need to take a look at your cable. I had to Rewire mine. OP20 edit tool. V6.5

No se puede conectar a pc. Probé todas las versiones de software y no se conecta. Compre tuve que comprar otra en mercado libre mexico y funcionó correctamente. Mal producto de este vendedor
