The size is good, pretty big. Very easy to piece together to make the mat bigger. And it comes with a lot of pieces and many pins. Good value for money

I purchased mine last year with anticipation of using but time just came now. I never heard or new I needed to.block in my 50 yrs.of crocheting and it was a game changer. My blocking mats were exactly as described and came.same- mats and pins with storage bag. Only with there were more mats in the bag to make even number like 12. The quality thick mats and brand reviews of same/similar didn't compare to opstin product. Hope they carry more crafting tools for me to try. I totally recommend this brand of blocking mats/pad/squares to anyone. Cost is up there but it is a tool and storage bag is so far great. Durability - I can't say for it's new and accuracy of measurement seemed fine. I didn't smell them or notice a particular smell. Time will tell is all I can say as with anything in life or tool.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while. I have always hated blocking, but this makes it so easy. You can fit the pieces together for the mat shape you need, and the measurement grid is incredibly helpful. It’s perfect for spray blocking. The storage container it comes in makes it easy to put away between uses. I am downright giddy over how much this will improve the finish of my knitting projects.

I was debating getting a wooden blocking board but I’m glad that I went with this instead, you can customize the size you need based on the size of the project! I like that it is compact and easy to store and put away. The only thing I wish is that it had a variety of different pin sizes (longer to be specific.) However, the size of the pins it comes with is perfectly fine to work with.

I bought this because I recently started crocheting and I needed to block some pieces. This is awesome! Cost effective, thick, the needles do come through the other side of pushed all the way through so I pushed them at a diagonal and it works great!

I love everything about these blocking mats. I wish I had known they existed years ago. I had been using a warped piece of cardboard before, and now I feel so fancy using these mats as they are the perfect size and thickness, include a ton of T-pins, and are great quality for a good price. Perfect for stretching and starching my crochet doilies. I love that they have grid lines. Also I very much appreciate the nice carrying case.

I got these to help put together a block afghan. This made completing my project so much faster because I could pin more blocks at a time and then arrange them as needed before completion by connecting the foam blocks together. They are very easy to connect and pull apart, and they are thick enough that you don’t stab through them to your fingers or the table - which I’ve had happen with other similar products. I especially love the pouch on the side for the container of t-pins. The case makes it easy to travel with, if needed.
