I had been using the plastic insert pots for my one and only orchid. I wanted to make it look more attractive on my counter and this fit my taste perfectly. Great size and drainage is good. Airing roots found the holes in no time!

I like that this product is exactly what is advertised on Amazon. Excellent choice for orchids/plants that need soaking followed by excellent drainage. Ceramic, sturdy, the plate is a separate piece. Heavy packaging is not eco-friendly (Styrofoam).

I have bought three of these. They’re beautiful and functional. The holes allow airflow and easy drainage. I typically spray my orchids daily and soak them every other week. These planters make it easy to do both.
