We had troubles with charging the batteries well over the time when returns were allowed. They charged fine at first, but after awhile it got to the point where the charging light would not come on when we plugged the cord into the camera with either of the included batteries. We didn't know if it was a battery problem, cord problem, or something else. So even though it was a full 16 MONTHS (!!!!!) after we originally bought it I contacted the company via their email address (not through Amazon), and they were SUPER nice & helpful. For no charge at all and with no warranty in place, they sent us 2 new batteries along with a plug-in charger (that plugs into the wall and doesn't use a USB cord like what came with the camera). With that new charger we were actually able to charge the old batteries so now we have 4 batteries for this camera. This company went above and beyond what they were obligated to do, and I really appreciate their awesome customer service!

for only $50 this camera is great. It comes with everything you need, plus extra to make sure it works appropriately. Night vision works great, kinda trips you out when you first use it tbh. The only downsides are that the picture quality isn't the best and the battery only has about 2 hours of life. But it's an amazing deal for so cheap

this cam was a rlly good price for something kinda high tecbut the only thing is that once i got it i realized how my phone quality is much better...i expected that but i would say only buy if you want a fun camera experience! not for the camera quality.

I got this for my grandson to start experimenting with video cameras. This little one is perfect. It's compact, easy to use, great charge that lasts. The audio is a little iffy on playback but I'm sure it will be better once uploaded to his laptop. He really enjoys it and has made many videos.

I want to start by saying that my expectations were not very high on this camera. Still I expected at lease old cell phone quality. I didn’t get it.When you open the box it looks promising, neatly packed, lot’s of accessories and the camera itself looks decent.It was easy to set up and use but then the real issue became clear.This is a very poor quality camera, terrible video quality, shaky images, jittery when zooming in or out. In addition the night vision has a range of about three feet if you want any detail. I’m not an expert but this definitely does not look high definition or 20mp as advertised.Beware this is not a returnable Item so your stuck with this piece of junk if you order it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

When the camera works it works great, the night vision is a really cool feature and everything else works too. The issue I have most common is the camera says “memory card error†and stops working. This has happened in the middle of recording and then my recording is lost. The camera will sometimes freeze when this happens and I have to pop out the battery to reset it. Then I have to power off and on the camera until the memory card starts working again. If this didn’t happen I would give this a higher rating.

The camera video quality is like a flip phone which I somewhat expected for the price but definitely not the quality it is promoted to be. The camera does not charge no matter how long you plug it in for either, was not worth the money, better off buying a more expensive camera with guaranteed quality
