What's Grounding? Why do we need grounding？
Grounding means reconnecting the conductive human body to the earth's natural and subtle surface charge, an easy way to live .

What are the ways of grounding?
There are two basic methods of grounding: A. indoors, using a grounding system (Organic Grounding Sheet , sheet , mat , pad , ) while sitting or sleeping.
B. in its most natural form, free, spent outdoors barefoot in contact with natural conductive surfaces such as grass, soil Soil, gravel, stone and sand.

This product works as advertised, fits my king size bed perfectly, quality is OK. Easily machine washed, great value for the money, The cord that is supplied with product is very long to get it where you need it. It has worked great for my sleep, pain in my back and neck, I would recommend this product to anybody that has back problems. It really does help. Easy to use, I just wish I had a second one, because you cannot put these in the dryer, you have to hang to dry

Works great just flat on my bed. I unplug it in the morning. I sleep well and wake up ready for the day!

They need to use a conductive material for the contact patch area, and stitch it down to the sheet better better than the current design. The patch is stitched around the edge and on either side of the. button. but not close to the button which allows for an air gap with the sheet as it doesn't lay flat and only contacts maybe two lines of the silver thread. Maybe stitch and area under the patch with silver thread, so that the button has a larger contact zone, and then and, use conductive patch for the the button. I discovered the issue when doing a continuity test with a multimeter. The sheet is conductive along the silver threads, the cord is good, the contact button air gap is where the problem located. One solutions I tried was to rolled it up tight and put a weight on it, worked to keep the button in contact with the sheet. Sheet as others have said runs a little small only lays flat on top of bed there is none left hanging over the sides the bed, unlike a standard flat sheet that can be tucked a the corners. The Air Gap defeats the intended purpose of grounding. Washes well, feels good.

This grounding sheet is a MUST HAVE for anyone with sleep issues! Prior to purchasing this product, the quality of sleep I was used to was fair, at best! After the first night of sleeping on the grounding sheet, I awoke feeling well rested, alert, and ache-free. I was skeptical at first so after a week of sleeping on the sheet, I removed it. Much to my displeasure, the quality of my sleep noticeably declined. I felt sluggish and tired the entire next day so, back on my bed it went. I am more than pleased with this product. I highly recommend it!

Decided to get this and if I didn't see any differences I'd return it. First few days I couldn't sleep on it the whole night. Could feel an energy going thru me. But after several days this worked itself out. The circulation in my legs has improved. I have sleep issues and the length of my sleep intervals has gotten longer.Recommend to anyone looking for improvement in their sleep.I bought a king size sheet for a queen bed presuming I could tuck it in rather than it just be flat; it's smaller than I expected; only comes down a few inches on each side. Definitely need clip-on bands to hold it in place, otherwise it does rumple. When it's held in place it doesn't wrinkle very much.Haven't washed it yet.

It is a nice product and it does help with sleep issues. It would be nice if it was a sheet designed like most sheets are to fit over the side of the bed and tuck in at the foot of the bed. Sheet size is exactly the size of the mattress top. This is only to cover the very top of the mattress area. This makes it necessary to completely remake the bed on a daily basis.

I like the material, but the sheet is meant to lay on top of the bed, it is not fitted in anyway it is not big enough to make the bed in anyway, so just sort of floats on top of the other sheet and then I didn’t notice the difference. I had it on my bed for a month and I didn’t notice anything so I returned it.

Very happy. Seems to be decent quality for the price. The fact that the cord is quite long is is great. Will pretty much reach any outlet I need to use.I believe the way the adapter is set up I could actually plug in a second grounding device. So I can plug in the grounding sheet and grounding mat I have at the same time.Also am happy with the plug. The first grounding device I purchased the plug was just the single prong, so it didn't always stay plugged in very well. This grounding sheet has a 3 prong plug, (2 of which are plastic since it only really needs the 1). Stays plugged in much better. For those of us not used to using this kind of plug, it's just easier to deal with. Looks like what most are used to using.
