my husband purchased this to try and keep my core temp down. I wore it to a football game. It freezes at normal water temperature, that means it's too cold to get close to the skin and it melts too fast. Check out ThermApparel for cold packs that freeze at 70 degrees. This was bulky, worn over the clothes, no accommodation for female curves so it looks odd. It was melted in less than 30 minutes in the September Texas heat. I would not recommend this.

It’s actually cool & convenient . It last for a few hours not too long but long enough. It’s comfortable and it’s perfect for outdoor summer activities!!! I highly recommend for outdoor people !!!

If you need to ice your back as I do this is the go to. It is a bit heavy once frozen but easy to use. I don’t strap mine on. I lay on it. It stays cold for the 20 minutes I need. I gave chronic back pain and I use it after exercise for 20 minutes. It does get “frosty†in the freezer even when it is in the enclosed bag. But just on the edges.

This item works pretty well. It doesn't sweat and drip like ice does. It is slim so it fits under a fire suit in a race car too. It melts pretty quick but for 10 to 15 minutes it works well.

planning a trip to weather location of 110 and thought this would be great to have. Tried it out in my front yard at 90 degree weather and it only lasted about 45 min. I was surprised thought it would last longer. I'm a small build person

My husband and I both tried this (I’m 5’3†slim and he’s 6†larger build) and we both felt comfortable. We live in Texas where summer temperatures get very high so I’m looking forward to having this outdoors. A quality vest!

This product does not stay cold for more than 15 minutes. Very disappointing and their claim of three hours is ridiculous. I tried several times and it was warm by 15 minutes each time. It had plenty of time in the freezer and came out cold, but it doesn’t stay cold!!! so if you’re looking for therapy or reducing body temperature, this is not the answer.

The vest works well but only lasted a couple of wears and both vest have split on the side releasing the frozen medium !!! Not good enough for the price paid very disappointed!!!
