This unit arrived on time and with the help of You Tube, installation was easy. The fuser has been in the machine for over a week and is making excellent copies. This Brother 8810 was one of the best copiers I ever used and when the copies were terrible, I made a decision to invest $143 in it. One of the best decisions I have made, thanks to you.

Works perfectly. Two printer repair places refused to even evaluate the printer from the paper result of showing the original fused damage. Replacement easy and successful. Delayed obsolete printer! AJZ
