I purchased the black screw on wall planters to dress up my horses barn area. They look amazing and add so much beauty to the stable area! They pair perfect with my petunias! They were the only planter I could find that looked sleek and classy! The best part is these planters have drain holes with plugs on the bottom to drain the excess water.I had to make a few adjustments to make this screw into the wood. First I had to drill holes for the screws into the wood. Then I tried using the screws it came with. The heads of the screws were too small and fell through. So I had to use thicker “sheet screws†that had a bigger head!Tips: I did not use the self watering plastic inserts that it came with or the screening. It simply would take away too much room for my plants.The plants I added were previously in 4x4 pots and they fit perfectly in the planter. I’d recommend only using smaller potted plants and I would say anything bigger than 4x4 wouldn’t work in these. They were easy to screw on and plant in! As a single women with no construction experience I did it alone with no problems. Overall it has been a perfect addition to my backyard!

So far, ( couple of weeks ) the self watering feature seems to be working. I got these to replaced planters that had coco liners. Those planters dried up and needed to be watered constantly. These seems to stay moist and happy for several days. The planters came with several hanging options, ( sticky hooks, “s†hooks , screws, zip ties ) the only ones that would work for my needs would have been the screws which, were too small to work with the planters. But, a quick trip to the hardware store and I was in business! The pots are only big enough for one perhaps two 4†plants.

I wanted to bring some beauty to this blank wall of siding and these were perfect. I got some vinyl siding hooks and needed some lightweight planters to hang on them. These planters are small, but with three clustered together, it looks lovely. This is a mostly shady area on my deck so I planted an impatiens plus some lobelia that would cascade over the fronts. I love them!

I love these. Glad there are 3 bc I have a lot of plants. Comes with everything you might need and then some. Draining holes are in the bottom where they should be. (I have others with holes on the backside so water runs down the wall~~??) Great for pothos or ivy. Good purchase.

Honestly gives you the MOST bang for your buck. There were 3 of them. smaller than Ihad expected, however. You get a paper soil filter, several feet of water wicks, a plastic protector from water logging and several different hangers. I was VERY impressed. I have one hanging from a screw on the wall on my front porch (I supplied the screw) and two hanging off my fence in my garden with the S hooks.
