This is my favorite pump out of the five or six that I own. It is very powerful with an adjustment knob to adjust the output airflow. I have it running two tanks with enough air left in the output to power one or two more. It's quiet and low vibration too. Best of all the price point is extremely reasonable. I have paid twice as much for pumps that aren't nearly as powerful as this one.

This review is only for the pump. I did not use the air stones nor tubes or backflow valve.This is 48 db at min power, 55 db at max power. It is a far cry from 30 db they claim on the product page.In comparison, the Eheim 200, that has been in use for 8 months, is 58 db at min power. So, this unit is very quiet. I measured with a phone app right next to the unit. Though, realistically, you'd never have your ear this close to a pump.At first I was skeptical that there was only 1 dial for both outputs, but it actually seems to work well. The Eheim I have has 2 dials, but it's difficult to actually calibrate (if 1 is low, the other is high even if it's dialed down).There doesn't seem to be excessive vibrations nor clattering. The rubber feet do a good job of keeping the unit steady.These 4" air stones are, in my opinion, comically large. I am only used to the small bulb aerator the size of a large marble in my 36 g tank.Overall, a good buy from a brand that I already use (I have their heaters). But beware that it's not really 30 db but still a very quiet unit.

works great we have the air stones and 2 other items hooked together and my husband loves the setup that we created and the pump doesn't make a lot of noise.Thank you !

This air pump is very quiet...exactly as described. We've had aquariums for over 25 years and NEVER had an air pump that was this quiet. We are very pleased with it. It can run 2 air lines and is adjustable. Plenty of power to run even more air lines. Nice to find something that is as advertised.

So I had a review before and now I am changing my review because the seller contacted me and offered to send a new pump received it a couple days later hooked it up and the pump works perfect tons of air output. Thanks again seller

At 1st, when I ran it, it was quite loud, but if I flipped it upside-down, it was dead quiet.Then, after letting it run for a few hours, it was silent on it's feet. So I guess it just needed some warming up or something.My watt meter is reading that it's only using 2.5 watts. So it's not as powerful, as the advertised 4 watts.I'm needing to connect both air outlets to one airline, so that it will pump enough air, for my sponge filter.Comes with extra goodies:2 - 4" bubble discs. I tried one, and it works fine. I did let it presoak for a few hours.2 Check Valves.16.5 feet of airline tubing.Overall, this is probably the quietest air pump I have. I've used air pumps from nearly all the brands, so I'm impressed with that. Only problem is that it's not drawing the 4 watts of power, that's supposed to.
