It was easy to assemble, it feels sturdy, it’s definitely not going anywhere, it included all the hardware needed with a couple extra bolts, I love the look, it fits my space perfectly and holds a good amount of mugs (I need more for my collection 😜)

The only concern I had when I ordered this product was that the hooks would be too small for some of our larger mugs that have thicker handles. I'm very pleased that it fits all of our mugs, even the largest. Not only that, but it looks great and is easy to assemble.

Very sturdy. Attractive. Easy assembly. Very satisfied. Money well spent. Freed up another cupboard in my small kitchen. If your studs are 16" center, you can catch them as the center line of the rails is15". But, in my case it put the shelf off center on the small wall, and the anchors they provide state they are solidwall anchors not drywall. I was surprised they didn't include 2 drywall anchors as they are very cheap. I had some inhand. It took 10 minutes to assemble. They provide the hex wrench fire the fasteners. The 2 holes that require woodscrews are predrilled making the entire assembly simple/foolproof. The wood is real wood. Worth the money.

Great idea to hang cups on the wall. Only issue is the hooks are not far enough apart to be able to use all the hooks as I use bigger cups not the 8 oz.

It's very functional, affordable and looks great! It was also very easy to put together and hang. I had to buy two of them, so my mug collection has room to grow, but I think they look good side by side.

Holds a lot of mugs and seems to be sturdy. Kind of wish I had ordered two to put them next to each other but it does the job. Pretty easy to put together.

Bought and use for my coffee mugs, however the mug hooks are really too close together as most mugs now are usually large. I still think it’s a good purchase for my space and is sturdy enough for my needs.

No big issues with this little unit. Only issue is that the hooks to hang the cups are already attached and are a little too close together so have to be careful what cups get hung on there otherwise they don't fit. Love the little shelf on the top. Would recommend.

Once we received the package, which had no delivery notification, my fiancé went to go assemble it and immediately the wood split right at a screw point. I put in a refund request with the seller, contacted them twice. Request was granted but heard absolutely nothing from the seller regarding our refund. We sent the package back on Feb 20th and still nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
