I really like this for killing weeds. The company is great for fixing any problems you have with the product or sprayer. My only complaint is that it doesn't kill wild grass. Some times I think it feeds it rather than kill it. Most of the time it last close to a year. Price is reasonable. I really recommend it.

When I first became a home owner, I purchased Ortho GroundClear to kill everything between the rocks in a long path from my house to our firepit. I was amazed and ecstatic with the results. I strayed from Ortho and found a cheaper vegetation killer. The new product worked but did not last all season....so I ended up using more product and wasting more time by reapplying. Ortho GroundClear kills all vegetation quick and keeps it under control for the season. I noticed that season after season the vegetation elimination process gets easier. I feels it keeps some weeds from returning. I am a fan of this product. If I am near grass that I don't want damaged, I use a sprayer (no wind day) to apply a light coating to dampen the soil with an extra spray on existing weeds. On the end of our stone driveway where weeds and grass sprout up, I use a watering can for a one and done for the season application. (Tip: Mark that watering can with an "X" so you don't use it for anything else.) (Another Tip: I have a bucket that I keep all the items I use to mix, measure and stir this product with. When I am ready to start the vegetation elimination process I have everything I need in one place and don't risk using these items for another product and cross contaminate.)

I get a lot of weed growth both in my sidewalk and driveway joints, and in my back yard where I have river rock instead of grass. If you are going to mix it in your sprayer, make sure you have at least a two gallon sprayer because the ratio is 24 ounces to 1 gallon of water so you end up with almost a gallon and a half. What I do is mix two gallons in a washed out kitty litter container and use that to pour into my sprayer. I keep a plastic quart measuring cup in my garage and a dedicated funnel. Don't be a guy and mix it in the kitchen!I am very happy with how long it has been keeping the weeds from returning. I've only had to re-treat one sidewalk joint and a few spots in the backyard.Be advised though that this is a ground clearing agent. It will kill everything, including grass and flowers.

After Week (3) For Best Results With This Product! Don't Buy It! If You Do Buy It Return It Before Week (4) I Assumed By Mixing This @ 10x The Recommend It Would Kill Something Other Than Grass! I Had Over Grown Bittersweet With Lots Of Leaves That I Used Poison Ivy Killer A Few Years Ago And Killed Everything I Sprayed It On But This Stuff Did Nothing But Kill A Few Leaves, I Gave It A Last Chance Before Returning It On The Same Area I Had Done A Few Weeks Prior With Zero Results and Twice With a 50 50 Mix Did Nothing But Aggravate a Few Leaves, It Turned The Grass Below It Brown But I'm Not Sure It Even Killed That? Then The Products Says It Prevents Future Weeds Year Round? BS! It Can't kill Anything I Sprayed It On Almost 4 Weeks Ago. (RETURED) and Will Never Buy Anything ORTHO Thinking It Might Live Up To Its Claims. I Don't Think Someone Returned My Gallon Filled With Water Because It Was Sealed Under The Cap, I Had To Cut It Open. I Sprayed Many Different Types Of Weeds and All It Did Was Kill Grass Around It Or At Least Turned It Brown.Update (3) Weeks Later! I Sprayed A Lot Of Areas On The Same Day 3 Weeks Ago! Weeds In The Sun Seem To Be More Affected Than Weeds In The Shade With The Same Batch Of Mix At 10x Recommended. The Same Exact Weeds With Tons Of Leaves To Absorb The Product, The Shade Weeds Had Zero Results, The Weeds In The Sun Initially Shriveled The Leaves But After 3 Weeks The Roots Are Still Thriving. Week 4 Is Return Product Week Before Return Window Closes. I Need Something That Kills Weeds Not Just The Leaves. Shaded Leaves Have Zero Results! = Zero StarsUpdate: A Week Later After Drenching These Weeds My Ground Is Not Clear! The Leaves Don't Like The Product But The Roots Love It Not Having To Feed The Dead Leaves And I Mixed It 10X The Recommended. The Roots Are Still ACTIVE And The Stems Thrive! Growing And Sprouting New Leaves You Can Spray With Another $30 Dollars? When A Customer Takes The Time To Show How A Dandy-Lion In A Crack In His Driveway Was Half Killed Mixing It The Correct Way I Should Have Known! Knowing How Plants Work, All Day All Night The Leaves Carry Sunshine And Roots Carry Nutrients Up And Down So Thinking This Product Would Give Them A Bad Day? Think Again. It Only Shrives Leaves In 3 Hours And Faster If You Mix It Stronger. Buy-It-Try-It-Return-It 30 Days. I Professionally Tested This Product On 100 Strains Of Weeds And It Kills Nothing! It Shrivels Leaves On A Dandy Lion So Year Round Protection?I Went Out Early This Morning And Mixed This Stuff Up @ 10x The Recommended Amount! Within 1 Hour The Weeds Are Withered! Not Sure It Will Kill These Monsters, Bitter sweat Vines That Have Grown Like A Jungle All Around The House! I Read The Reviews (NEGITIVES) And Think About this! This Product Can Only Kill The Plant You Spray It On Not The Other Weeds That Have Not Grown Yet! The Plant Has To Have Leaves To Absorb The Chemicals In Order To Kill The Root So The More Leaves The More Area To Kill The Plant, No Leaves No Results! New Weeds Will Continue To Grow and Sprout From The Soil. I Have No Idea If This Will Actually Kill My Jurassic Jungle But They Are Vines Growing Halfway Up The House and into my AC Units, Under Shingles Etc. At The Mixture I Made, If The Actual Plants Are Not Dead And The Product Only Kills The Leaves This Is Being Returned As Useless Trash Being I Mixed It At About a 50/50 Because I Need To Stop These Monsters. Seeing The Damage This Product Did To The Leaves In only 1 Hour I Have High Hopes And I Neglected Doing This This Year And They Took Over Like Never Before. The Pictures Are My Tomato Plant Pots And Fenced In Area, Didn't Plant Tomato's This Year That's All Bitter Sweat And Other Weeds But This Is Just 1 Hour After Soaking It Down! If It Only Kills The Leaves And Not The Plants It's Worthless.I Will Update Accordingly But There Is No Way Any Product Can Kill Weeds Without Leaves. So For The Product To Claim It Prevents Weeds for one Year? I Just Want To Kill What I Have And I Will Be 100% Happy. WE WILL SEE?

Overpriced because you need to use alot to mix with water!! I didn't read the fine print. 24oz per gallon!??? So about 10-11 gallons of spray? That's terrible. Way over priced!!!!

Lasts all summer. My yard is xeriscaped. Never have to pull weeds all summer. I spray early spring. Toooo bad it has gotten so expensive!
