Had been using a high speed steel blade type parting tool before this is much better it’s not scary parting off now

To all the haters (or people who don't know how to properly use these)… it works just fine for me on Stainless, 4130, and aluminum. Just be sure you're perfectly square, just a tad below the centerline of your part, LOW RPM especially for steel alloys and a light manual feed with some coolant. This thing is well worth the money.

I have a mini lathe so it is not good for that as it extends way to far otherwise it cuts well
