This is a great saw & very easy to use for multiple jobs without having to drag out an extension cord. Battery lasts a long time

Actually impressed we're going off brand name tool. Only dislike is it's too loud you have it on the highest setting.

Power and technology come together in this great tool. I am a professional electrician who is rough with my tools and this thing is durable the head has some sort of suspension to keep handle from vibration works great smooth and all the power you ever need

It’s probably my fault I didn’t read it properly I was disappointed because it didn’t come with a battery and I have no other battery tools so it was useless for me.

It's capable and works as it should. If I were using it professionally or frequently? I would pony up the extra money for the OEM. But as an occasional use with an eye toward saving some money? Sure thing.

I don’t know if the rheiostat in this thing is funky, or the aftermarket battery I tested it with is funky, but it was fluctuating in power at low settings. I have a great corded oscillating cut off tool so this is just for when I can’t reach with a cord etc. I think it will be an ok back up tool but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up to the daily abuse of a jobsite.

An oscillating tool is a must-have in any DIY's toolbox. And yet, I never had one since by the time I realized this fact, I had a bunch of alternative tools (Dremel, sanders, grinder). So when I saw this, I got it (through the Amazon Vine Program) to see how functional it is compared to my primary tools. This tool is great for $45. The biggest two things that this tool does easier for me is 1) Cutting off hanging nails to run flush with the surface; and 2) Cutting squares and making flush cuts. Even a Dremel has a small bump preventing flush cuts. But this allows me to place the blade flat and cut things evenly (or enough to use a file). The plus for me is the fact it uses Dewalt batteries. I have a bunch of Ryobi, DeWalt, and Milwuakee tools over the years and it's annoying having to juggle different batteries. So this just using an existing battery is so convenient. There is a downside, which is simply accepting that this isn't meant to be a heavy-duty tool. It cuts thin material pretty good. Thicker material is possible but you begin risking dulling the blade, draining the battery, or stalling the motor. But for $45, this is a great go-to tool for quick home renovations and such. So even tho there is a "negative," it isn't anything surprising given the price. So I'm still comfortable giving it 5 stars.Definitely worth getting if you want a tool that does quick and dirty jobs. You can't really go wrong with an oscillating tool.
