Does not play in tune. Finish was ok but i play for sound not looks. They did not ship it in a box, just the case wrapped in plastic. Got my money back, Bad product.

Construction is good and the finish is nice. The mouthpiece does not seat securely in the receiver and I need to push the mouthpiece in slightly to seat it. The valve action is a little stiff but workable. Sound is good but I had to use a different mouthpiece. A lightweight instrument and a good carrying case. For the price and the frequency I use it, it meets the need.

Good build quality and sound for the price. Some notes are very out of tune, and can’t be fixed because the slides and the valves are all stuck in the instrument. Valves are a little stiff but they still work.

As a band director of a music program that is growing at a tremendous rate, I needed some flugelhorns that are cheap, and hoped these would fit the bill. Wrong! The first valve is a quarter step flat and now most of the valves don't work (on all five I purchased). This is the biggest waste of money I've made, and with money our kids fundraiser! I feel awful! Don't buy these instruments!

Nice looking horn. Plays well. One concern is that the mouthpiece is a bit small from what I'm accustomed to. And no other "regular flugel mouthpiece" fits it.
