this wonderfully designed tool worked when extracting a lovejoy engine coupling off engine driveshaft of an ancient skid steer. Nothing else came close. Only puller that fit and I could apply with one hand.

I used it for the first time on a rusted drive shaft yoke. It made my job a lot easier when you don't need a extra set of hands to hold the puller.

Is listed as having a 7" max. reach but is not quite 6" (otherwise would be 5 stars). Considering returning because of the reach issue but will see if it will do the job I need it for first. Other than that it seems to be a solid quality tool. Would definitely recommend if 5.5 " will do.
