After using every available option prior to discovering this, I had this contraption reinvented in my head, while perusing the Sportsmans shop, caught this out of the corner of my eye and was surprised to see exactly what I had envisioned!Quickchuck, to keep it from falling down the hole.Top of Handle pressure before engaging/driving the washer. Totally solves the concentricity problem.And the UHMW foot pads from smoking the tie-down grommets on some shacks. Plus the added benefit that the pad is slightly undersided to help hold.I usually downsize .005†in an interference fit…. I’ve measured these on the couch at room temp and on the ice.The people that are complaining are on the couch, fit like a champ when everything is cold. DAT’S MONEY DUDE!Seriously, WELL DONE! This couldn’t be any better. I never write reviews. Had to for this one.

Update: Franks was kind enough to send a second one out. This one was put together well. Works great! I own a lot of Otter products and was surprised by the first one being so crappy. Must have been a fluke. The second one is the type of quality you expect from a company like Otter.

Do not I repeat do not put this in your quick tatchImpact driver it will get stuck because of the paint and it’s very hard to remove

Didnt fit my eskimo anchors at all only skinnier ht and otter anchors, bought screw eyes at a hardware store as I was 300 miles up in maine away from home. And then it promptly snapped off at the shank weld installing the 2 ht anchors I had. Of all the otter products I've had in the last 25 years this is the first one to disappoint.

Out of the package it did not fit a standard 1/4" drill. I hate to scrape the powder coating off to get it to go in. Measured .259 but a standard drill bit measures .248. Then it put stakes in but wouldnt let go of the stake. The plastic piece in the end sticks on clam anchors very bad.
