Each time I upgrade my phone, I always jump for an OtterBox. Yes, you are definitely going to pay more than you should for a phone case, but every time I do, I am never disappointed because they last for the life of the phone. On top of that, if you drop your phone, it is actually protected and accompanied with a glass screen protector, I’ve never had my phone actually break or crack. Feels solid, fits perfectly and is easy to install. OtterBox will continue to have my business as long as they keep producing products like this.

I have had this phone case for a little over a month and like it. I have it on my iPhone 16 Pro. I have dropped the phone a few times and its good. The thing you need to be aware of is that the case does not protect the phones instant camera button or whatever Apple calls it. This leaves a portion of phone exposed and I could see it causing a problem if the phone is dropped in the spot the case does not offer much protection at all.

Poor quality and poor service.This case leaves a massive opening for the camera button. It’s exposes a lot of the screen edge and side of the phone. The texture is just not the same either from past models. I’ve reached out to otterbox asking for assistance and they’ve left me on read for over a week with no response. The gap around the camera button also make this case a total PITA to install as the separate pieces don’t line up well. This phone case is not screen protector compatible and will pull up your screen protector costing you more $$. I’ve been a big fan of otterbox in the past and loyal customer but I won’t be returning after this experience. I initially purchased this product prior to upgrading to protect my phone and otterbox’s product was the start to a massive headache finding a case for my phone.

Overall expected quality from OtterBox. I had one of these on my last phone and I dropped it 100 times and the phone was still in immaculate condition when I traded it in. This one fits like a glove so I’m assuming will be just as good
