I have worked my way through many a salad spinner. I’ve tried the electric ones with the rechargeable cord. That one lasted about two months and then would no longer run, I had one with a pull-cord that nearly took my eye out. That one only made it a week, and then I had a collapsible one that collapsed and never got back up again. This is the first time I have tried this particular brand and I really like it. The outer bowl is very sturdy, the lid is easy to get placed and locked and it works really well. My only gripe is that the inner basket is quite flimsy and I don’t know how long it will hold up, and the box does not state whether or not the pieces are dishwasher safe. It has rubberized feet that keep it in place on the counter, and overall, it’s nearly perfect. With a stronger inner basket and dishwashing information it would’ve been five stars

After growing lettuce in my garden this spring, I needed something to help me clean the lettuce so i wouldn't waste tons of paper towels to get the lettuce dry. This solved my problem! I was able to rinse the dirt off the lettuce, put it in the spinner, and let the spinner do it's magic by spinning the water off the lettuce. It works extremely well. It IS manual and takes some time, but it is effecient and well made.

This salad spinner is smaller than the one it replaced, but it gets the results. Easy to do - wash, spin and drain. I have tried lettuce, berries, kale, leaks, cabbage, and spinach. I was happy with the results. I also like that the spinner is on the outside and doesn’t take up room in the center of the strainer. I recommend this product.

It spins really well, feel very sturdy a good size and the lettuce came out almost dry. It a good feature that you can empty the water while the lid is still closed.

Could not find anything about if this product could was dishwasher safe. But it was not

I was skeptical about purchasing one of these, but was delighted at how well it removes the excess water. Just a few cranks of the handle and you have clean, well drained Lettuce, cauliflower and/or broccoli. I also use it for other fruits and veggies. The basket inside feels a little flimsy but I haven't had any problems with it cracking or breaking. The outer bowl is solid and robust. I've used it many times without any issues.
