Great addition for Christmas decorations outside, the plugs are far apart and the extension chords actually fit into the socket. The timer was easy to set and it worked great through the Christmas season.

I rarely need to use a Timer control power device. Mostly around Christmas if I am being honest. I got tired of having to outside and remember to unplug the Christmas lights, especially in the dark and when the weather is bad.Bought this device and figured that it couldn't be THAT easy right? I even watched some product review videos. Well it is that easy.Just like my brain likes it EASY.Step one - Remove device from packageStep two - Plug into wallStep three - Plug in device(s) into timerStep four - Adjust the knob for your preferred setting. (I like the 6 hour time)Step five - Check to see if the device is legit and hold your finger over the sensor to trick it into darkness. You know you're gonna do it anyways, so get it over with right?Step six - Wait for it to get dark, go outside to see if the lights come on. Smile and walk back inside.Step seven - Be mad at yourself that you didn't purchase one sooner.

Used for outdoor Christmas lights. It worked perfectly to attach multiple cords. It wasn't affected by weather and worked so great to hide cords. It was also easy to program. So glad I got this.

I purchased this light timer after mine stopped working. It arrived quickly the next day and was super easy to use. You just plug it in and turn the dial to the setting you want. I love the dusk till Dawn setting so my lights come on automatically when the sun sets and goes off when the sun rises, I also love that this unit has a corded plug because my outdoor outlet has a flap that closes on it and won’t let me plug in a timer that does not have a cord. Great product!

I've had this exact same Outdoor Waterproof Light Timer for over 5 yrs now and it's worked perfectly great year round while completely out in the open weather (sun, rain storms, hurricanes, freezing cold, etc.) until now. To be honest, I never thought it would make it this long. I have it set on the dusk-to-dawn setting but it doesn't seem to work anymore. It sounds like it's trying to turn on when it's dusk by clicking, but no lights. That's ok though, for only $11 and over five years, I just bought it again and works amazingly! This little thing has powered my Halloween and Christmas lights and my patio lights the remainder of the year (front and back yard) and I couldn't be happier - will never buy anything else!!

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to program a timer but this one is so easy a child could do it. Options are on, off, dusk to dawn or how many hours after dusk you want the power to stay on. I also love the semi-protection of the hood over the plug in area to keep the rain out.

These external timers come with a moulded plug with 3 pins which are not compatible with UK sockets and don't believe that they should be sold in the UK. Not sure where they have been manufactured in the world but definitely not suitable for the UK Market

This product didn't work at all. The lights never came on even when the switch was turned to "On". Tested the lights separately and they worked fine.
