So pretty! Gorgeous bold color. If you want to use this truly outdoors on a porch or cement patio then you'll need to weigh it down. It will blow right away. But you can get creative and find ways to weigh it down with things. I absolutely love how easy it is to sweep leaves off and wash it down with a quick spray of the hose. And the low price because of the material can't be beat. It's a win/win if you ask me!

The best use for this light-weight rug/mat is for a ground covering while camping or picnics. It has a woven stiff texture and does have a slight plastic feel to it and the design is quite nice. It comes folded like a blanket, not rolled like a real rug and is very light-weight and portable. It even comes with a zippered carrying case and ground stakes to stake down the tabs that are sewed into the corners. You could place it on a deck, mainly for a temporary dress up, but I would put furniture on it to hold it in place.

I bought two of these rugs for our large deck. It gets really hot in the summer and these are perfect for keeping our feet from burning! I was concerned that they came folded, but I unpacked them and reversed rolled them for about a week. Once I put them on our deck, the warm weather and sun soon made them perfectly flat. Yes they are light, but we have had some storms and they have not blown away. I highly recommend, the teal color is great.

I'm surprised how well they made the design on this considering it's for outdoor use. It's really quite lovely to behold. The texture of the material is very similar to a lawnchair, with the individual plastic cords woven together, only these seem more finely knit together than the furniture as far as I can tell. It's got a bit of give to it, so it's not super rough on bare feet. It also comes with some ground spikes to help hold it in place, which is you live in an area with high winds may be a life saver so you don't immediately lose the new possession, or send it flying into something else. Though, considering it's size, that would need to be some strong gusts. The spikes are somewhat small, and wouldn't go too far into the ground, so I think it's likely situational. Furniture on top of it would probably be the more secure route to go.I'm not sure how well it will hold up in the long term, but I think that also depends on where you are using it or what for. If it is anything like the lawn chairs I compared it to, you'll likely want to fold it up and store it before any major cold weather, or even if it's out in direct sun for too long, but it may surprise you. Regardless, it's really attractive and a welcome porch addition.

Yamaziot 5x8 outdoor rug, beige brown I like the design/pattern. Although it'll be a bit before I can use it on my patio (lots of snow and more on the way), I opened the package to feel the material. I was surprised at how much thicker it feels than the one I'm replacing. I'm on the fence on whether that is a good or bad thing. It seems the larger weave might feel rougher on the feet. Though I'm thinking the larger weave will help when hosing it off to clean? As I'm unable to use it yet, I can't comment on durability. This item came folded so it took a little bit of time to lay flat after opening. This works perfectly in our pool area in front of a two-seat swing. The pool deck can get very hot in the summer so I'm hoping this will be a bit cooler. The material seems study and should last a long time. The straw is not soft like a regular rug but that was to be expected.The package came with stakes to anchor the rug if it is installed where that is needed. I placed the swing on top of the edge at one side to hold it in place. There are some shadows on the picture but it shows the color on this side very accurately. You can see it hasn't flattened all the way out but this very soon after taking it out of the packaging.

Had it for the summer and now little bits of plastic are coming off it. It's coming into house and all over my porch. I'm not at all pleased with this.
