These are very well made, sizing is spot on and very comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to stylish, comfortable and ready to take on your day.

I purchased these pants for a winter trip to Colorado. Although I own a pair of traditional ski pants, they are so large and bulky (and really too big for me) so I wanted a better option. I wore these pants for everything we did on the trip. I used them on a two-hour snowmobiling tour with temps in the single digits. I wore them while snowshoeing for over 6 miles with temps in the teens and a windchill in the single digits. I also used them during a snow tubing session. I did wear a thin pair of running tights underneath, but this is something I would do when wearing my old ski pants as well because I like having a base layer to absorb any moisture. They kept me totally warm, they are absolutely windproof (even up to speeds of 50 mph on the snowmobile!), and they are much lighter and flexible than regular ski pants. In addition, despite walking through snow up to my knees and often sitting on ice/snow, they kept me totally dry. When I first received the pants, I held them under running water to check for waterproof ability and the water simply ran off of them. I suppose that some water might be able to penetrate along some seams and if one was sitting in very wet conditions for an extended period of time, but I had no issues. As a petite woman (5'1" tall with a 25" waist and a 31" hip), I found the size I purchased (size 00 with a 29" inseam and elastic waistband) to be a reasonably good fit. They are still a little bit big on me (which is common based on my size), and I really wish they had belt loops, but since I was tucking in base layers they weren't in any danger of sliding down. I'll likely wear them with a pair of suspenders if I use them in the future with fewer top layers. The length is good for me since I'll wear them with thicker sole boots and I like the ability to zip the bottoms, but if you are on the shorter side this might make them more difficult to hem. These were worth every penny I paid for them and I have no intention of going back to bulky ski pants.

Definitely waterproof and kept me warm but size was way too big. Amazon recommended a 14 and it was 2 sizes too large. Otherwise a quality product.

My husband and I recently went to a Columbia outlet store. I found a pair of snow pants identical to these. They didn't have my size. I took a picture of the tag and went home to search online for the style and my size. I couldn't find them to save my life.I'm so glad I found these instead. Not only are they a fraction of the price but they fit better and they are actually much more stylish. My husband and I hiked Coldwater Lake in WA this last weekend in snow and rain. I stayed toasty warm, dry and cute! These are a must buy!

I bought like 5 different brands of snow pants and went for these because I loved the fit. Unlike most snow pants, these are more tight around the legs and butt but still super flattering and comfy. I took them to a ski vacation and was even more satisfied to find out they’re completely waterproof and very warm. It has two zipper pockets on the sides and the bottoms are expandable for when you put on ski boots. The quality is amazing and I’m so happy I went for these. For reference: I wear a size 2-4 pants and I bought a size 4 because size 2 was not in stock. Although is was a tiny bit loose on the hips, I think it was a good fit because I wore thermal leggings underneath. I could’ve also gone for a size 2 honestly.

I have gained inches and struggled sliding in my small sized ski pants. So after hours of searching, carting and deleting, reading reviews, checking sizes, and measuring my body over and over, I ordered the Large Short 30" inseam based on the size guide. I am 5'3 tall with a 42" hip. I have waist beyond what the size guide says. However, I saw it has an elastic waistband, so I felt good about the size at purchase.) From unboxing, I already thought it looked big, but convinced myself that I may have just been used to seeing my small sized pants, so I put it on. It felt very loose and comfortable. The fabric felt good. The band fell right on my waist and hips, the length felt alright, the crotch is a bit low but, I can breathe, at last! Very excited, I got myself ready to head to the slopes. With every step I take though, the pants seem to grow longer. After I got done loading the car, I had to fold-up the bottoms so the pants would not scrape the ground. I figure it will sit well anyway on my snowboard boots once I put those on, and it did, true enough. Still, I did not expect the pants to be this long as most of my regular pants/jeans have 30" inseam and falls perfect on my ankle. As I get myself set-up, gloved, walking, strapping, skating, and ready to ride the lift, I find myself having to pull the pants up often. Not easy when you have full-padded-wrist-guard-lined gloves on and layers of clothing with full jacket, not to mention helmet, goggles, and having to keep your mask on at all times. Good thing I am not a skier and did not have to be holding ski poles on both hands. It was hard to keep these pants on my waist. The more I ride, the lower it drops, and the longer it grows. It was like pants on the ground! Either these pants expand and elongate, or I shrink in the cold. The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the style, cost, and well, it kept me warm and dry, amidst the wet (Pacific Northwest) and snowy 40deg weather conditions. I would still recommend these pants, but would consider a smaller size. I imagine these "short" pants would also fit better if you are 2" taller. I have not tested these for purposes other than snowboarding (and walking and driving), so this is where my review ends. But, guess what is on my cart now? Yes, suspenders! I am giving these pants another chance.

Softshell was still good with repelling moisture from the snow. The fabric had stretch so it was easy to move around and not as stiff as other snow pants I've tried in the past. its also at a reasonable price range. definitely recommend!Item was true to size. get larger if you plan to have bulkier inner pant.

Fits slightly small but does have some stretch. Size up if you intend to wear a layer underneath. Not suitable for extreme cold as they are very lightweight unless you can wear a layer underneath but overall they are comfortable, well made and cute to boot!
