I like it, it’s made of decent quality. Does exactly what it should and stores items in a water tight tube. It comes with o rings that do a good job of sealing it shut. It’s sturdy and lightweight at the same time. No complaints at all here.

I bought 2. One for a survival fishing kit, the other for a fabric repair kit. A little too big to fit through a molle loop, so I use a small carabiner and a molle elastic grabber to attach to my gear. Waterproof and seemingly indestructible. I can see uses for a several more of these. Fire making, first aid, medicines, gun cleaning, and the list goes on. This ranks up with paracord and duct tape for a list of purposes. Some colored tape identifies the contents.

I store USB drives and hard wallets in these to keep them safe from water and damage.

This is fine for general use and seals fine.Only issue I found is that the thread count/pitch on both ends is too fine, meaning higher chance of stripping threads (esp. since aluminum), difficulty threading on end caps with gloves on or in the cold.If the threads get dirt or sand in them, stripping becomes a potential problem. It takes about 6.5 full turns to remove end caps which is a bit much. This is not a huge issue, but something to consider.

This holds the perfect amount of ground coffee to make a thermos 16oz french press coffee while backpacking.Durable, light, reusable. This totally fulfills my needs.

For anyone wondering, the thread size is 1-1/8" x 28 TPI (threads per inch)

Dented it with my bare hands. Small, boarder line tiny, but still serves a purpose. Small kindling and fire starting equipment, snare lines, hooks, maybe batteries, bullets or anything small you need to keep dry.

I didn’t know what I would use this for but ended up putting Char Cloth in since it had rubber o-rings and with a little silicone grease makes a watertight seal. This would hold your 4†Ferro rod and striker depending on type of striker.
