I love these chairs! Assembly is not difficult and the fold up so I can put them away easily when it's going to rain. Also, I bought a 2nd set and there were 2 pieces of one chair that had imperfections. I emailed the company as directed instead of returning the whole thing. The company if very responsive and got my the new pieces so quickly!!! These chairs are well made and so comfortable and an amazing deal for the set of 2!!!!!

Received my package today with my new folding Adirondack chair. Upon opening it I noticed it was packaged correctly and done well with cushioning of Styrofoam boards. It came with individual bags of different screws and nuts and bolts that were necessary. Also came with a wrench tool to hold the nuts accordingly. A bond looking at the instructions it seem pretty straightforward. Was a relatively simple build with the tool provided and using a battery operated screw gun. Took me a total of about 20 to 30 minutes to build. Was able to remove a couple of parts that I placed on backwards and put them back in correct position. I recommend paying very close attention to where the 4-in directional holes are to be placed. It seems like it's a pretty well built, well constructed item out of true real wood, not plastic or manufactured. Depending on my needs I may very well purchase another one of these in the near future. Totally worth the low cost which can usually frighten someone thinking it's a piece of junk but this one is very solid and heavy duty. Quite pleased with my purchase. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because it did require building on my end, which the seller does state in the ad. It would have been nice if it came completely built in a folded position. Oh yeah, forgot to mention this truly does fold up into a relatively compact position where you can set it in your garage instead of leaving it outside.

Less than an hour to assemble. Very sturdy. Deep seat and comfortable. Solid Adirondack chair. Got 2 of them and the matching side table.

I started out by hand, but the screws were just too difficult to work with. Much easier with a drill (phillips screw bit). The instructions showed each piece with a letter assigned, however there were no correlating stickers on any of the pieces, but easy enough to figure out from the illustrations. Also, says half assembled. One third assembled at best. But still a nice looking chair, and surprisingly comfortable, for the price. I was missing one nut for the arm, and they sent me the entire hardware packet. Great seller!

These chairs were easy to assemble but one chair did not fold down properly. Also, they are narrow. They are supposed to able to handle 250 lbs, but that is highly unlikely since I could bearly fit in one and I weigh 145 lbs. Buyer beware.

I have to admit the seller's assumption that these chairs could be assembled in 20 mins is optimistic at best. I bought them because their online description said partially assembled. After opening the box I discovered only the back was partially assembled. 17 pieces , 2 days and the cost of a handyman later, the chairs were finally put together. Not all the 'pre-drilled holes' were properly drilled. Not all the holes and screws lined up. While the chairs are decent, quality control is lacking and by the time I add in all the time and cost of the handyman I could have bought a better product. Lesson learned.
