The grill basket is really great. It grilled whole branzino nicely. Oil the basket well before you grill and the fish won’t stick. It is a really long basket (about the size of a kids tennis racket).

I have used this grill basket for about 4 years now, and it stands up well. I find it works great for grill-blackening large salmon fillets. (butter & Paul Prudome's Red Fish seasoning - 4 minutes a side over hot coals on the Weber grill - Yum!)You might expect cleanup could be a problem, but usually allow it to soak in dishwater while enjoying dinner and it cleans up in a flash.

I wish that the opposite end from the handle wasn't attached as it is easier to dump fish on a plate with only one half.

This item was purchased to attend a summer camp where rainbow trout were guaranteed to be caught and not released, but rather cooked. My scout troop cooked trout every night with this cooker. It fit (2) trout 1-2 pound fish with room to spare and makes for a safe campfire cooking experience.

This won’t work on a standard Weber, it’s too long and even if you have a long grill, it’s not made to be covered as the handle needs to be hanging out because it’s wooden. The stiffness will keep your lid from closing. It’s also not long enough for an open fire as it’ll burn your hand. The worst part about this design is the wires. This has to be cooked with skin only, the fatty part of the fish will go right through the wires, even if you use cooking spray. I tried multiple ways and the fish just comes apart. I think it’s really used for a small trout or similar fish. It’s just a poor design.

These are quite large, have a nice rosewood handle, open and close easily and are cleaning up pretty well.

This product is really good! Just like it was described. In the photo it looked solidly made and it is so in reality. Wooden handle is safe and allows you to hold everything comfortably without the fear of burning your hand. The price is right and good. I am very satisfied!

Have cooked fish, chicken and steak in this basket and am pleased with the results. Easy to use and clean. Spray with cooking oil. It is quite large. Happy with this purchase.

Do not waste your money - I have purchased one of these, the size looked good and I have ordered another one. Used them today for the first time and 2 things happened - one of the (obviously, poorly) welded wires detached from the frame during a very gentle hand wash (see pics).. In addition, the wooden handles do not protrude beyond the metal frame - i.e. when the wire frame gets hot on the barbecue, it conducts heat and you can burn your palm.. And, since I haven't used them right away, it is probably even late to return them... very disappointing.. especially for the price.
