It took me awhile to figure out which potting bench to buy. I'm glad I chose this one. We bought it in March 2022. It was relatively easy for my husband and I to put together. The wood is a nice finish. I was not confident about how weatherproof it would be so I did add a waterproof sealant to the entire thing as it does get rainy here and this will be outside only semi-protected from the rain. The top moves relatively easily to open and close exposing the tub underneath. I like the shelf above for keeping my 4" pots or my 6 cell trays for seed starting as I'm working. I am buying some S hooks for the lattice to hang my tools. I'm hoping that will work. That's the only downside for this bench is that it did not come with a way to hang my trowel, transplanter, and other tools, but only a minor inconvenience for me. I store my soil amendments like azomite and seed starting mix on the shelf below. I'm not sure that I would put a bag of compost or potting soil there. I'm not sure what the weight limit is on the shelf. It is still holding up well through this growing season. We'll see how it survives a winter here as they are usually pretty wet. :-) Overall, I would definitely buy again after I build my greenhouse. That way I have one for there and one that is out in my garden.

We just bought this bench and have not really used it much. It was fairly easy to assemble, everything was labeled and no broken or missing parts. We did drill some pilot holes where the wood screws were going through one piece into another. It took less than a hour for two of us to assemble the bench. Looks great and hopefully, will hold up for a long time.

Product seems srudy and attractive. I like all the product detail read all the reviews which is helpful. A little concern about how it will weather in the sun and rain. It looks like a product I would consider buying

i usually have a panic attack when I see "assembly required". This had to be the easiest best labeled project I've done. For the money if I can get 3-4 years in Florida, I'm happy. I did do a couple coats of water proofing.sturdy enough to work off of and lower shelve will support plants or supplies

materials are weak... but then again, you get what you pay for.

Full of splinters, parts poorly labeled so you couldn't make out which side was front and which was back. The hardware was the only part that was well labeled. The left side of the sliding bench does not work. It is hard to return a product like this once you open the package so I will chalk it up as a loss. Overall, a poor product, even at the price I paid ($124).

Half the the pieces have broken chips out of them. My lattice board for the back is completely rotted at the bottom and falling apart. Boards are warped and don’t fit together as intended. Wouldn’t buy this again.
