Thick and strong yet doesn’t hinder your movement. I love that both the mittens and the square pot holders come together in one set. The mitts cover my arm so I don’t have to worry about burning myself when I need to reach inside the hot oven. The silicone grip on all the items make me feel comfortable that nothing will slip and makes it easy to grip hot grates or trays in the oven. I am enjoying having these in my kitchen.

I purchased this set and use it daily. It holds hot pots without my hands feeling the heat. Has a texture especially made to assist with obtaining a good grip on items. I even sit hot pots down to save my counters with no concerns. I have washed them on the delicate cycle and they keep their shape pretty good.

My teen daughter is great cook. However, she tends to be a bit rough on pot holders. I have thrown away many with burn holds. These are very heat resistance and are holding up nicely.
