Fit my 2012 CX-9 perfectly. Looks just like factory part. Be sure to remove clear lenses over map lights before removing or installing unit. There are videos on internet for removal/installation.LED lights are an upgrade (brighter- more blue light) but they do "flicker" as they dim after closing door. Not really as issue but just be aware.

Overhead console was in good condition however the screw holes were not at all aligned, currently the assembly is merely in place held by the lighting covers.. it seems to be sturdy no issues shifting or moving around overall happy with the replacement just wish I could’ve reinstalled the screws that hold it in place permanently

No !!! This did NOT fit my 2009 - 2013 Mazda 6.The mounting screw holes are off and this unit is a lot taller than the one that was already in the car.If you feel adventurous and want to drill your own holes, go for it.I ended up buying an OEM unit from dealership (paid a lot) but It fits right.PRO:Shipping was quick.CON:Part does not match OEM unit.
