I got this mainly to keep dust off my saddle in the tack room. It seems to be a little undersized. It's sitting on my 14 inch saddle, but doesn't come down over the sides all the way, and doesn't completely cover the back. It's worth noting this seat comes up pretty high in the back on this particular saddle, so it could fit better on a more standard shape. I wouldn't trust it to keep all the water off, however it will protect some of the saddle at least. It's easy to put on which is a huge plus. I really feel that it works best as a dust cover though.

I just bought a saddle and you know I know it’s going to get dirty but it’s so pretty and this helps keep all the dust off. 10/10 recommend

Felt this is very cheaply made, didn't really fit the saddle. I wouldn't recommend

I needed a waterproof cover for my saddle, it has rained in the area a couple of times and protected the saddle nicely.
