This is a great little funnel set! I really appreciate how all three pieces nest together, and there are little bump-outs that connect them in place. The strainer was especially handy and did a better job than I expected. The funnels do a great job with both powders and liquids, and are sturdy enough that they stay in place if you accidently get a little top-heavy. Highly recommend for the price

I really hate it when I'm decanting olive oil from the large economy-sized bottle to a smaller one when the funnel stops draining and the oil bubbles up and out of the top along with the air escaping from the little bottle! Such a mess! I found the thin black ribs around the outside of these funnels hold the spout just far enough from the bottle opening to allow air to flow out of the bottle as the oil goes in. No more messy countertops!I have run these two funnels through the dishwasher several times already and they still look like new.Haven't used the little strainer yet but think it will come in handy when making Thanksgiving gravy to strain out any lumps as I fill the gravy boats.Excellent set of strainers that nest compactly! I'd buy these again.

I bought this product on a recommendation from a reviewer who compared this product favorably over the normal nylon mesh strainers for kefir. I was not disappointed!I had my doubts. The ribs you see in the pictures look like metal, and while you can use metal mesh strainers with kefir, I did not want to. These ribs are NOT metal, they just give enough of a gap to prevent vapor-lock (when the liquid stays in the funnel because air can’t get out of what you’re putting it into). The plastic filter disk is EXCELLENT. The holes are the perfect size to let the kefir through and keep the grains. It secures in place under three bumps on the inside of the funnel, with a distinct pop to let you know it is in place. The bumps do not contribute any difficulty during cleaning of the unit, and being able to disassemble and soak the whole thing if I want to isn’t necessary, but I can see some times that I would find that desirable.This thing isn’t pricy. I’m glad I went with this for the first time around, and thank you to the Amazon reviewer who referred me to it. This made selection easier and I have no doubt it will outlast ten of those nylon mesh strainers, I hope this helps you too.

I’m mostly satisfied with these funnels. I bought them for bottling kombucha, and while I like everything about them I wish the larger funnel fit in the neck of the bottles I’m using. It’s a little too wide for a standard bottling-bottle. The small one fits and works fine, but the larger one would just give a little more wiggle room when pouring newly brewed kombucha that I really don’t want to spill. I do really like the rubber gripping on the sides and the funnels themselves are well made and seem like they will last a long time. Definitely the quality I expect from OXO.

As can be expected from the OXO Good Grips™ brand the plastic and rubber used are of pristine quality. The materials won't readily degrade or impart any detrimental materials into your critical accoutrements, and non-directly applied heat isn't a problem · Keep in mind that withstanding the quality of the thermo-plastic it still is plastic, so you may want a metal or glass strainer for highly acidic/corrosive fluids. The plastic is also of the white translucent assortment; making it a possibility that the funnels' material will stain from strong substances, think curries or tomato paste. I would recommend not letting such things accumulate or settle for an extensive length of time; which is not much of a challenge, they clean up easily. The funnels have three rubber strips on the outer surface that help them to pair with the rim of whatever vessel your using, I was able to pour plenty of liquid from a large container into the bigger sized funnel without supporting it, and the apparatus did not shift; the grip-strips do not penetrate through the plastic so no worries of your dry ingredients lodging on their tacky texture. The manufacturer's claim that the three ribs provide airflow to prevent splashing is double edged · Be careful using these with foaming soapy fluids it can build quickly inside your vessel and overflow. The tapered opening of either the large or small sizes (the small one does in fact have a comparatively narrower opening than the bigger one) are not appreciably wide; don't expect chunky, bulky or heavily viscous materials to pass through easily. Especially not if poured forcefully. There are three small notches inside each funnel that keep the accompanying strainer in place. The strainer itself is equipped with a central shaft to assist with removal from the funnel equipment. In conclusion, these funnels are suitable for most common household applications and should last a long while if cared for. Just don't expect them to be end-all be-all world-beaters.

I used this to transfer cinnamon spice from a large container to smaller container. Worked perfectly made the job so much easier would recommend.

Quality is good as you eould expect from oxo. Did not use it fo long yet but it feels sturdy. Size is good, strainer included as very nice option. Have small and large version in the package. Price is as usual for oxo on a higher end but the quality and feel of materials as well.

2 embudos prácticos y con un diseño bonito; de tamaños diferentes, el pequeño por ejemplo no lo usarÃa con productos muy espesos, puesto que puede que se os quede trabado debido a ser bastante estrecho.De todas maneras, lo que me gusta es la pequeña pieza de colador que acompaña a los embudos; super práctico!
