I've used this measuring jigger consistently for about one year now and it is as good as new. I love that the markings are easy to read. They can be viewed from above and you don't need to get down to eye level to read the measurements. It provides both tablespoon and ounce markings to fit whatever recipe you're using. The spout also provides a clean pour. The stainless steel makes the cup look simple and streamlined. It is easy to wash. Because I only use it to measure water-soluble ingredients, I simply rinse it out by hand and give it a quick scrub with the yellow side of a sponge. I avoid using the green abrasive side and have not had any issues with the markings fading away. I also do not put it in the dishwasher, so cannot attest to what that experience is like. Washing it by hand takes me just a couple of seconds.I use this to mix cocktails and it makes the whole cocktail experience a breeze. Prior to purchasing this, I debated between this and other more traditional looking barware, like a double jigger. This product provides a much cleaner experience because I'm not flipping the measuring cup back and forth where liquids can drip onto your countertop. As a regular home cook who likes to occasionally entertain, this measuring cup fits my needs perfectly. It is easy to use, quick to wash, and does not make a sticky mess in my kitchen.

This is simply the best and easiest tool for precisely measuring and pouring liquid ingredients for making cocktails. Far superior to any other jigger. And its durable and the markings hold up well.I've been using mine for more than 3 years at this point, very frequent use and still going strong. Some of the markings are very slightly starting to fade, but only slightly. When they eventually wear off substantially in a few years, I'll buy another that's exactly the same.Maybe if you work in a high volume bar and don't need a lot of precise measurements, or you want to look cool, this isn't for you, but otherwise, this is hands-down the best jigger.

I was looking for a small liquid measure, and saw this product, and decided to give it a try. I like OXO products, as they are mostly well designed, and not cheaply made (even though it's from China). I've actually already have an OXO metal drink jigger (the one that has a round cone shape at either end), but this one is more of a metal cup. I actually prefer this one as it has a spout, and 100% metal (vs the drink jigger has a rubber center grip. This is 100% metal, so I can put hot or cold, and can use a scrubbie and not worry about scratching it up. I recommend this product.Pros: It's all metal, has a spout, appears very sturdy/very hard to break, can be used for hot and cold liquids, metal means it won't easily scratch up, and decently priced (got it on sale).Cons: No much, maybe other than te markers are not etched, just printed. It'll prob eventually wear off after lots of use, other than that, can't think of anything.

Why didn't I invent this?! It is perfect for small liquid amounts and so much easier to use than a spoon measuring device. I've recommended them to my friends and I'd buy it again.

I can't say I really NEEDED this, I don't make many mixed drinks. But I like being able to measure the right amount when I'm inclined to have a shot of something. It's a cute and functional thing to have around. Could I live without it, yes. Am I happy to have it, yes again.

I bought this for a friend for Christmas. Even though he already has one and bought a couple for other friends, he was happy to have another one for his travels. He thinks the measurementdesign is genius.

Easy to use with clear markings. But the numbers are beginning fo fade after a year of occasional use and only a couple of trips through the dishwasher. I'd buy another, but I have Oxo measuring cups that haven't faded after five years of daily use and washing, so I expected better durability.

Even though this was an "add on" item, I love it more than the actual item I bought! This is by far the sleekest, nicest and most useful jigger I've ever owned. I use it all the time. Would buy 10 more if I needed them...but might order 1 or 2 more, just to have a back up. It pours so smoothly and filling it is super simple...the graduation marks are always easy to read. I hope OXO makes a bigger one, I would easily replace all my liquid measuring cups with this if possible.

Great tool, I use it to measure quantities of different sauces when following a recipe. Only downside is that I have notices the markings starting to wear off already.
