We were using rubber ones before and the smell and taste of the soap was sticking to the plates. Durable--we've had this plate through 3 kids. Suction works like a charm. My kids up to age 4 can't figure it out. Dishwasher actually cleans it, unlike our 100% silicone plates that hold onto stains.

OXO Tot dishes are BY FAR the BEST suction dishes I have been able to find. I have tried SO many different types (like EZ plate, Elk & Friends, etc). These are the only ones I have found that will reliably stick to any surface I put it on. I haven't found a surface yet that it hasn't stuck to. It even worked at a restaurant when I put it on top of one of those disposable placemats. I give it 10/5 stars for suction!My only gripe with it, and the reason I am deducting 1 star, is that I WISH the sides of it were higher and the dish was deeper. These are about half the depth of most toddler plates, and that depth is important. My kid is constantly knocking things off his plate onto his tray because when he's trying to use utensils to pick up his food, it's so easy to accidentally drag and knock it off his plate because the edges are so short. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a new design with taller edges! I have the bowls too, but there are times when a bowl doesn't work for the meal.

These suction on and stick so well! By far the best suction plate I have ever tried for my children. Easy to put on, easy to remove and unlike the silicone suction plates from other brands, these don't develop a soapy taste that ruin food and you can twist the plate off of the suction mat, which means no risk of it all launching into your face 🤣

Great suction on my bugaboo giraffe tray, beautiful color. I am glad I trusted oxo as always. It washes perfectly, doesn't retain smells.

I use this for my dog's dish because she doesn't move it all over when eating. She is small and will only eat from something shallow. Works so well I purchased another for her dry food which is left out for snacking. Great quality.

Wir haben schon einige Teller, Schüsseln usw. mit Saugnapf probiert aber bisher leider keinen gefunden der wirklich gut gehalten hat. Dieser hier ist wirklich super, hält wie angeklebt und landet nicht mehr auf dem Boden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden damit.

We've tried everything under the sun that would suction effectively and this one works like a charm. And it's super easy to clean. Unfortunately, the dimensions of the item should also be advertised along with the product - letting us know it's 175gms is, sorry, useless. We're disappointed that it doesn't fit onto a table we use for our Stokke Tripp Trapp. This means that our baby goes back to eating off the table attachment and we'll wait till she's tall enough to eat directly off the dining table to use this plate again. Plate is 5/5 but the standard size doesn't fit all high chair tables, and for this, a deduction of 2 stars as the plate is rendered useless for now.

If you have a toddler, you must have one of this. The suction on this plate is really good so it won't be easy for your toddler to tip over. The only disadvantage we can put on this product is that this product is plastic. Apart from the material, it is still a very good product.

BuenÃsimo pega en todo en plástico de la sillita, madera de la mesa, mosaico del desayunador ha sido de gran ayuda evitas el desastre cuando ellos desean comer solos , muy difÃcilmente lo pueden quitar a veces hasta para los papás :D y muy fácil de lavar hasta ahorita no se ha manchado con ningún alimento
