I have used clay bars, also a clay pad from another provider but I feel like this clay towel works wonders. Not only is it quicker than a clay bar but it's also less abrasive and with proper lubrication there's less marring on the vehicle . It's easy to use, safe , and you can wash/rinse it if it were to fall and continue to use. I have used it on 4 vehicles and it's still holding strong .

I have used clay bars for thirty years, never was interested in alternative clay products, always thought it was a gimmick. The early clay towels and mitts were very difficult to use safely, without causing more problems to the surface of the vehicle.It took less than 45 minutes to prep the paint on an F150 Super Crew with the Star White Metallic Tri-Coat. Great color that really pops when clean but streaky when dirty. When I applied the Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic wax I found that the clay towel had done a super nice job on the surface. Perfect surface prep, without the trauma of regular clay.PRO: Fastest, safest, easiest clay surface prep.Leaves no marring on surface.Removes in bedded contamination on paint surface.Can fold 4 ways so you always have a clean surface.Rinse in clean water as you go.Leaves no residueCON: pricey... but cheaper than clay in the long run, replaces 20 clay bars.Good results make it worth the expense.RECOMMEND

Had a small scuff in the door panel and i used this clay towel to gently lift off the imperfection. I will look for a better lubricant spray to do the entire vehicle. and it’s ceramic safe.

Will never go back to a clay bar again. You can actually hear and feel it lifting contamination off the surface of the vehicle as you go. Have used this multiple times now with DIY ceramic coatings which are awesome and easy to use.

Pricey, but worth it. Makes the car feel smooth. Have recommended to friends. Use it every two to three washes. Works well.

This works very well with iron remover. Seems to be more gentle than an actual clay bar. Just another nice tool to use in detailing a car.

The price might be on the expensive side but you are pay for a quality product that won't cause marring on your paint especially black paint. Super easy to use watched some youtube videos and I was able to remove the grittiness I felt with my hand on the paint. Now my paint is silky smooth and I was able to apply a wax on it.

Not all clay towels are created equally.This is a brilliant tool.Do the glass first to break it in. Then one spray of BH Korrosol on the panel and one on the towel and scrub away. Solvent based fallout removers will destroy the towel, so do your research.Zero marring and lovely smooth paintwork.No idea how much contamination is too much for this to deal with.But one with confidence

This is much easier to use than a clay bar, and is 90% as effective. The product is durable and easy to wash. Materials seem high quality and soft. I won’t be going back to a clay bar, which I constantly drop on the ground and have to throw out.

Fast shipping. Much easier to work with than a clay bar. Can cover more area faster and no worries about managing the small clay bar. Used leftover wash water and added sprays of quick detailer for lub. Quick rinse of towel as you go keeps the process moving fast.
