Used these while painting with Total Boat Topside and did not smell anything. Not a fan of how the attach to my 3M mask but the function well.

Fit the full face masks of various manufacturers. Currently using them for two part urethane. Work as well as any tried.

I am old school and spray a lot of lacquer, where a filter is clearly needed. Worked fine when spraying with an old HVLP gun.

Easy to install. Used for staining wood, couldn't smell anything. Great price, too!

We had a structural fire in our neighborhood just a few weeks ago. The smoke was really noxious. I bought these filters to have on hand in case this happens again or we have another intense wildfire smoke incident. My understanding is that these filters are supposed to filter certain organic vapors as well as particulates. They are intended to be used with the 3M mask.

I would recommend changing these filters after each session of doing a full set of dip nails. The filters do absorb the fumes but once they become full they will no longer protect you. If you smell the fumes through the filter, it is too late. It is better to change them more frequently than to try and get your most amount of time out of them. They do work while they are still effective.
