These change the sound completely in my 2015 gmc sierra. The factory GM Siriusxm sounds like completel trash in the trucks. These bass blockers eliminated the bass and changed the frequency making the factory Xm sound like it supposed to. I also upgraded all door speakers to Focal Audio. If you Google Sirius and xm radio sound difference you will see that Xm has their frequency set to a lower setting than Sirius. Yes, they merged companies but GM still uses "XM" tuners. Ford uses "Sirius" tuners and theirs sound very good from factory. Xm now sounds soo crisp! Extremely satisfied,!

Seem to work very well on a pair of 5.25 kicker speakers on my 2006 Wrangler. I have the factory amp connected to a kicker sub also so have plenty of bass from that. Didn’t need the bass and slight distortion coming out of the speakers. These do the trick.

Easy to install, great value for the money, seemed to function very well as lows gone. Sound quality was improved and speakers will last

Works as stated but is much easier to go to radio shack or micro center and get a capacitor. A quick search online will find you a capacitor rating to frequency cutoff chartAlso the frequency cutoff for 4 ohms is way to high at 800hz, a 5.25" speaker can easily play lower around 200hz
