These are really useful. We use them for pacifiers and teethers when we're on the go so they're less likely to end up on the floor. The strap itself is all silicone so it's easy to clean and safe for baby to chew on. They are a little on the stiff side due the all silicone construction, but we haven't found that to be a problem. The clip part works well - holds tight but easy enough for an adult to open when you want to move it.

The plastic is really hard and my baby once felt asleep with this thing attached to her clothes and she get hurt :(
