It was honestly too big for the 4MOMS play pen. It scrunches you a lot and has to be tucked. It’s really soft though! It does the job

These sheets are soft and do work, but don't have the full cutouts on the backside for the 4moms bassinet pack and play. You can adjust it so it's still snug, but it will not be a perfect fit on the back with the velcros.

I washed these before trying them on for the 4moms pack and play. They fit the mattress but do not have the holes for the velcro straps to secure the mattress to the pack and play. :/

These sheets are fine and do the job. However, there are no holes at the corners for the buckle to fasten the mattress to the play yard. Not the end of the world, but something to note.
