Our Whirlpool microwave suddenly died. After troubleshooting, I discovered that the magnetron tube had failed. It also damaged the output transformer, capacitor, and the diode in the process. Of course, the fuse had blown. I happened to have one spare, which I installed and immediately ruined......I wasn't sure where I'd get replacements then thought, "Of course... Amazon!" Yep. There they were at an excellent price and ready to ship. These OEM fuses arrived after a few days with everything else. I installed the parts in a just a matter of minutes and I'm happy to report that our microwave works better than it had for at least a year. These Slow-Blow Microwave fuses are a great value. Very easy to install with NO problems at all. Great seller, excellent product, and very fast shipping! I highly recommend this seller.

If you search online, and read some of the reviews posted here, microwaves do not typically blow their fuse unless there is some greater problem. This was demonstrated to us recently as a 15 yo Frigidaire 1000W microwave blew its fuse. Got these slow blow fuses but was concerned they might not fix the problem. Turned out to be true. Easy to install but could not run the microwave other than as a clock and light over the range. As soon as you tried to heat something up, regardless of the power setting, the fuse blew immediately. Now we have a new microwave and a lot of extra fuses. If you are a good DIYer and can diagnose electrical problems on your own, then great. Otherwise, do not waste your time on new fuses. Get a new appliance.

GE Monogram Microwave shut off and I identified the fuse as the culprit... at first. Went to the several hardware stores to find this elusive fuse and purchased a pack of two microwave fuses at a cost of $4.00. Installed the first and microwave came back to life. That lasted about 10 min... after pushing the open button on the unit two or three times it died again. After further YouTube diagnostics it identified the door interlock switch (s) to be the cause of popping the fuse. Tracked down the proper interlock switches for my microwave from a parts diagram found on one of the appliance parts websites, the GE Monogram has 4, bought all 4 at a cost of about $20.00 on Amazon with Prime next day delivery. Installed the microswitches once they arrived and TADA! the nuker is fully operational...To this particular fuse, they met all the specs, got 10 in a handy carrying case for just slightly more than 2 locally and they performed as stated. Great value! now what to do with the other 9, LOL. Good luck all, hope this helped.

The fuses are great for my application. The only down side is the inability to SEE when it is blown.

Ceramic body filled with sand for added safety when under high amperage loads or when the distinct possibility of a severe sudden overload occurring is a factor. This ceramic construction prevents arc flashover and reduces the risk of bursting compared to standard glass body fuses, which reduces the risk of hot metal spray being projected into the surroundings in the event of a severe and sudden overload. This greatly reduces the chances of an overload causing fire. Test with multimeter to determine if fuse is blown as there is no visual indication. Work as advertised. Good for high amperage/Hi power loads such as motors, power tools, microwave ovens, power supplies/inverters and loads which may present large current draw fluctuations as well as the distinct possibility of a massive, severe and sudden overload occurring (i.e. a microwave oven).

Not much to say. Will go into a microwave if it burns out. Easy fix. Don’t throw out your microwave if it’s dead. Check fuses first. Easy fix. Save money. Fits Panasonic microwaves.

Length is a bit short than what is described. Working so far. Installed on a GE JVM1625SFC over the range microwave.

It's early but so far these fuses work as intended. Time will tell how well they last.

The fuses have about 1.65 ohms through them. Seems a touch high but I don't have originals to test against.
