I got this F8T5 cool white fluorescent two pack bulb set to replace a burned out light in my under cabinet lighting. I went by the letters and numbers written on the previous lightbulb. I had no idea the bulb I had was cool white, but CW in the description stands for cool white. WW is warm white, just so you know so you order the correct color. The cool white is bright but not blinding and my fixtures have a plastic housing cover so it softens the light’s intensity. Warm white with the cover would have probably been too dim. This bulb measures 12 inches long tip to tip. The actual lightbulb is approximately 11 6/8 inches long. The lightbulbs come packaged in Styrofoam sleeves. It fit right into my existing light fixture with no issues and is working perfectly. If this bulb fails prematurely, I will update my review. I recommend and the $10 price is awesome.

Bulbs came well packaged and arrived within a few days. When I installed the first one, it didn'l work at all. I tried reinstalling it and it flickered but wouldn't stay lit. The second one worked perfectly. Maybe if I had fiddled more with the first one it would have worked normally. The second one lights up perfectly every time with one click on the switch. Big improvement from my old eorn out bulb!

I ordered two bulbs in a pack; one worked fine and the other flickered non-stop. I ordered two replacements; neither of those could be inserted into the fixture because something was wrong with the sizing of both bulbs. Either the prongs were not in alignment or the bulbs were ever-so-slightly larger than the first ones I received. I would say they were of poor quality. I have had to make two trips across town to return them. I do not recommend these!
